Have been a customer for several years. They replaced our main AC unit & installed a mini split in the garage. highly recommend!

Exceptional Service. Prompt, knowledgable, and courteous. Reasonable prices and many options to choose from. Purchased and Installed AC unit 5 years ago. Happy customer.

They are amazing! Called in after hours, the woman was very kind and didn’t asked me 20 thousand questions while I’m standing in my 100 degree home, which I appreciated. Tech was here in 10 minuets, was polite, and kind, and tolerated my tiny emotional break down. Haha. Also left my home clean from any debris. Thanks for everything y’all!

It's nice to finally meet a tech guy that's has my best interests. He talked me out of doing a couple of things the were costly and suggested something else. I will recommend Southern A/C to my neighbors.

The technician showed up at the exact time they mentioned they would be coming. They were super nice and explain to everything in detail. They were supposed to order the unit the next day however they made it possible to do it the same day. I recommend this company to anyone who need to or needs servicing.

Just had a guy come out and take a look at our A/C unit to figure out why it wasn’t kicking off. Very glad they were able to come out so late in the day. He took his time assessing the problem and how to fix it. He was very nice and very professional. Highly recommend if you need someone short notice!
