I paid the $455 ransom (non-covered fees) that HWA (insurance) would not pay. I fail to see the modifications needed since it was an even swap. It also took 7 days to get the heater approved. Installation time one hour.

Water heater was installed but left the place a mess. No shoe covers. 2 big guys pulled a lightweight water heater through the house and up the stairs with a dirty dolly. Completely ignored the insulation they were tracking throuhj the house as they walked back and forth. At one point, left the front door wide open as they went to their truck. To top it all off....left my new HOT water heater on warm. Of course, no hot water for that night. But the hot water heater was installed.

Dustin is AWESOME....he was so polite, professional & knowledgeable. He started my job looking for the water leak in the yard on Friday and he was due to be off on Saturday and I asked if he could please come back on Saturday and he switched his day off to finish doing what he was doing and not just everybody would do that and I really appreciate his efforts. I was set up through my home warranty. They started off great, seeing me the next day. My claim was approved the next day but I never heard back from anyone. (I assumed they were waiting on parts) after 8 days of water dripping in my attic into my guest bath ceiling, I called and got mixed information. Could not get a manager on the line. Day 10 I finally had the home warranty company change vendors. Would not recommend

Really appreciate the work done by SA Plumbing. Hugo Moreno did a great job in explaining what was needed, why it was needed, and did a fantastic job if installing my new water heater. In top of that he made sure everything was up to code and set me up for success by explaining basic troubleshooting, warranty, and preventative devices. 10/10 across the board

Eric K. Came out to fix a leak in the bathroom sink at our home. He was extremely professional, friendly and great with dogs! He analyzed our problems within - minute. He recommended a course of action that was very appropriate! Cost was inline with the fix and our problem was solved! Highly recommend!! Thanks Eric!

One of our residential rentals had a leak at the meter on the property side. I called SA Plumbing and they came out right away. Johnny, our technician, evaluated the leak and diagnosed it immediately. Work was done promptly. The tenant was very happy how quick it was completed. Great job Johnny and thank you SA Plumbing for being there in a pinch! We appreciate you!

If only it was possible to give them zero stars. My bathtub in the master bedroom had a leak in the pipe that leaked through my ceiling and was needing to be replaced. They knew exactly what the issue was when they called prior to coming out. Their main concern seemed like making sure they got their service fee upfront first. Hector came out, wasn't very customer servicey either, his first question was about the service fee, made sure it was paid, I told him again what the issue was since he didn't seem to know why he was there. He said he needed to call the insurance to make sure it was covered. He came back and said it was denied, gave his name and the plumbing company's name to call and left. I guess as long as that service fee was paid to come out for 5 minutes.....

Water heater went out after the winter storm and Eric Kiolbassa was able to come out on Monday to diagnose the issue. Within a few days, my water heater was installed and operating up to code! I can’t say enough great things about Eric; he’s respectful, prompt, and efficient! If you ever have a plumbing issue, call the professionals over at SA plumbing!

Plumber came and assessed and determined the garbage disposal was not installed correctly. Piping was not correct. Contractor took the easy way and used an accordion pipe as it was easier. This caused issues with draining. Honest plumber that left me better than before. SA plumbing has ethical plumbers.

I had a great experience using San Antonio Plumbing. Their on-site technician, Israel G., did a phenomenal job. His expertise and transparency made the process seamless. Thank you and I will for sure use San Antonio Plumbing again in the future.

I didn't use this service myself but I was at my sister's house when she was serviced. Eric was professional, engaging, and thorough! He quickly identified the issue and promptly handled it. After addressing the problem he did a double check to make sure everything was working as it should. It was also covered under my sister's home warranty, so that was great also! 5 stars!
