I had an outstanding experience with Anchor Plumbing Services and wanted to take a moment to shout out their incredible team — Tye, Brandon, Dakota, and a fourth gentleman whose name escapes me (but he was just as excellent!). They were professional, accountable, and impressively efficient from start to finish.

This was a warranty issue, and what stood out the most was how they took full ownership of the process, handling all communication with the manufacturer on my behalf. That might not sound like a big deal, but it made a huge difference. The process was completely painless, and I never had to chase down updates or worry about next steps — they handled it all seamlessly.

They did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would, which is rare and incredibly appreciated these days.

I also spoke with Dakota about a possible switch to a tankless water system, and I was really impressed by how clear and transparent he was. No sales pressure, just honest information and thoughtful answers to my questions. Because of this, when we're ready to make the switch, we’ll definitely be calling Anchor again.

With the installation of a governor to control the water pressure the leak from the dishwasher should be a thing of the past. And the dishwasher is working fine now.

Gabriel and Mike were fantastic! They showed up right on time, were professional, and worked efficiently. My shower faucet stopped turning off last night, and they came out first thing in the morning to fix the shower faucet filter. They had it repaired in under an hour and even took the time to explain some simple maintenance tips in case it happens again. Excellent service—10/10 would highly recommend!

I dealt with Dakota on the phone and he was exceptional. Alex and Chris showed up to do the install and they were professional, prompt, and very thorough with their explanations to my Mom. I was very impressed across-the-board with this company and will gladly use them again and refer them out to friends/family.

We contacted Anchor Plumbing for some plumbing issues. They were able to come out the same day and had very friendly staff. They replaced our water heater, pressure valve and we got a new water softener. The technicians Javier, Pete and Gabriel all worked really hard to get everything completed and back up and running. Thomas and Ricky from Anchor did a wonderful job fixing a leak in our wall and replacing our hot water heater and pressure regulator. They were able to come out the same day and take care of everything to prevent further damage. I highly recommend Anchor! Very pushy salesman. My water heater is old, it had a leak at the drainage valve. They charged $589 for the repair.

Said they could make some updates to the existing water heater for $1,200.

Replace the water heater for $3,750

When I said we couldn't afford that he suddenly was going to drop down the price to $2,000.

I don't understand how something that cost $3,750 dropped to $2000 when I couldn't afford it.

And then he kept telling me the repair might not take It might not work.

I just feel like he was very pushy and that's shady to me when you start out at one price then suddenly go down to another price trying to get me to buy the new water heater. It just seems shady. I did not have a good feeling about it at all neither did my wife.

So we did the repairs the minimum that we needed to do for now I probably should have not even done that, and we will go with Home Depot in a couple of months after Christmas is over.

Home Depot I can pick up the exact same water heater I have for around $600 and installation is not going to cost me over $1,000.

I would like to commend Anchor Plumbing Service for the great and most importantly HONEST repair options for my leaking spicket pipe. Another company wanted to reroute the line through my attic of course wanting $$$$.

We had an issue with our water bill quadrupling from one month to the next. After reading a bunch of reviews from several companies, we elected to give Anchor Plumbing a call. Joshua came out, inspected the property & located a faulty toilet. He demonstrated the issue, then explained the solution. After we approved pricing, he had the toilet fixed within 10-20 minutes. I can honestly say their expertise is priceless!

Highly recommend these guys. We had a recurring odor in the house and had three plumbing companies come out, including Anchor. Only Anchor found and addressed the issue. Not only did they fix it, our tech, Joshua Mora, located the problem within the first few minutes. None of the other companies truly evaluated the source of the problem and wanted to charge us more for services that ultimately wouldn’t have helped.
