Outstanding company! Water leak between the meter and the house. Called Sunday and they were here Monday. Found the leak and instead of putting a patch on it I had them replace the old copper with Plex.

Great response time and repair work. Had a leak in my bathroom, and had to shut the main water line to my home; initially had an appointment scheduled for the following day, called and requested a tech to come out to fix the issue and turn water back on; Silverback Plumbing was able to adjust my appointment, sent a technician out, fixed the leak and restored my water. Highly recommend!!!

Locally owned business, which is important to me. Responded quickly to my call. Had someone out the next day. It wasn’t an emergency issue. Explained what the problem was and explained my choices. Also explained their 5 yr maintenance plan with no pressure to buy. I’m very excited to have a local company in my tool box for any future emergencies. Great job, professional staff.

I want to share my positive experience with Silverback Plumbing and Drain. I first used their service in November 2024. I had a clogged tub at a rental property that was unclogged. I was a bit nervous because my husband couldn’t leave work. I was there alone. I received a text letting me know they were on the way. David Bransteter and an assistant were very professional. Within at least ten minutes I was completely comfortable with their presence. We have not had a problem with the tub drain since. On April 2025 we were having issues with the washer drain. We were fortunate to have David Bransteter with Silverback Plumbing and Drain service us again . We were impressed with his knowledge and of course successfully had the washer drain cleared. They also offer military discount. I hope to not need them again but if we ever do need any plumbing services again we will use them again.

Mr. Mario assisted with one of the homes I am managing and did a phenomenal job! Arrived within the time frame, kept me updated and was very honest and reasonable!! I appreciate him very much and will continue to use Silverback Plumbing and Drain! I highly recommend!

I called this plumbing company because I had two toilets with issues—one flushing slowly and the other frequently clogged. The technician they sent was polite, which is the only reason this gets 2 star, but he definitely did not seem experienced. He appeared unsure in his explanations which didn’t inspire confidence.

He recommended cleaning out the main sewer line as the “least expensive” option and said he used a camera, but he never showed me anything. The inspection was extremely quick, and he came back saying there was “good news” and no clog. I’m not even sure anything was actually done as I didn't get to review the video. I was charged $300 for this.

After that, he said it would cost $700 or more to remove both toilets and auger them—something he couldn’t even do that day and would require rescheduling. This made the visit a complete waste of time. I would not have scheduled the appointment if I had known it would need to be rescheduled anyway.

It makes no sense why he didn’t remove the toilet and auger first before doing a main sewer clean-out, especially since I wasn’t having overflows anywhere else in the house. After he left, I called another plumber who told me the clog was most likely in the toilet itself and that cleaning the main sewer line was unnecessary and likely done just to charge more.

I ended up plunging the toilet myself, and after several tries, it unclogged and the problem was completely resolved. If I could fix it myself, why couldn’t the plumber do that in the first place? Very disappointing experience and not worth the money or time.

Had my water softener replaced/upgraded, with a water heater flush. Mark and his technician did a phenomenal job with the install and instructions on managing and maintaining my new appliance. I recommend this company.

Silverback Plumbing and Drain was very responsive. They scheduled an appointment within 24 hours of my call to repair a bathroom drain pipe that was leaking and they provided a fair estimate. David Bransteter was very professional and also very creative in finding a way to access the bathtub drain without having to remove the tub and tile as several other plumbers had suggested. They completed the job within 72 hours. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and skill. If I ever need plumbing in the future, they will be my first call. I highly recommend Silverback Plumbing and Drain. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Just call them. You will be glad you did.

First I would like to thank my realtor Jose Chavarria for sending Silverback Plumbing and Drain's information to me. I called to get an emergency workorder for a leak at my townhouse. I had a technician their within 2 hours. Mario showed up and walked me through step by step like he was training a new employee. I never had to worried about what was being done next because Mario explained in detail what he was doing. I was told prices before anything was done so their were no surprises when I paid at the end. I will recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing work done. They are having a restoration team come to my townhouse tomorrow to look at all the damage and help get anything else fixed and cleaned up. Definitely a company I will be keeping for any further issues. I have already passed there information on to a few people who need some work done. Thank you again Mario for explaining everything to me every step of the way. You helped put my mind at ease.

After waiting three months ( original estimate given), decided it was time to fix , maintain leaking manifold fittings from underneath water heater. Accessing the manifold was not easy given the small space available there. The team was able to successfully remedy the problem by installing permanent fittings. Backed by 5 year warranty made house call appt even great . Would recommend Silverback plumbing and drain to anyone seeking plumbing services. First two are before pics. Last 2 are after pics( work done).

Technician was great. He gave me two quotes to choose from. I chose the lower quote. Because I didn’t need a whole new toilet. They have tried to sell me a new toilet every time they’ve worked on a toilet for me. My only 2 complaints are the prices are way too high and the technician should be allowed to stop a slight leak from the tank bolt without replacing everything inside the tank.

Josh and Ricky came to the house this afternoon to repair a leaking toilet. I was prepared to replace the entire toilet but, Josh and Ricky quickly identified the problem and repaired the fixture without the necessity of replacing the entire toilet - saving me a considerable expense. I always received the best service from Anchor Plumbing and Josh, who has completed several other plumbing repairs - not a few of which were intricate, involved and time consuming - along with Ricky, are prime reasons I trust Anchor Plumbing and will always, without question, employ their services whenever I encounter an issue with my plumbing!

Very detailed on everything that he was doing, findings, and the work that needed to be done. Customer service on point. The actual fix took less than the time allotted quick and certified fixes. Clean up mess after and explained everything again to make sure I remembered everything.

Eric was great! He took his time explaining our issues, the options we have to fix, and the estimated costs.

Gabriel and Mike were fantastic! They arrived on time, were professional, and worked quickly. My shower faucet stopped turning off last night, and they came out first thing in the morning to fix it. The whole repair took less than an hour, and they even taught me some simple maintenance tips in case a similar issue happens again. 10/10—highly recommend!
