Excellent service. Backed up kitchen sink late at night. Only plumber we could get out. Arrived promptly and did thorough inspection and resolution of problem. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Nicolas was very punctual and professional. He quickly determined the source of our issue and he went to work resolving it in less than one hour! If I were to encounter another issue, I’d call Roto-Rooter and ask for Nicolas again! A job well done!!!

Zach did a great job coming out on short notice as well as in the cold! He quickly made Important priorities and wanted to get the water back on in the house.

Silverback Plumbing is the best!! They came to find leaks that SAWS reported and they did a thorough check of the house and yard. They found the leaks and repaired them. Very efficient! Very professional. They explained what they found and showed the cost of repairing before they continued. I have found me a new plumber company!!!

Came out the same day I called, fixed the very next day. They even price-matched a quote I had already received! Super nice and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about these guys, they are great!

Seem like great guys, work seems clean. I know it's a great price after the research, BEST PRICE BY 40% in NW Area San Antonio..So stop now and call these guys. However, 2 things. 1st pic. slight gap still visual and not siliconed for water protection of cabinet below, 2nd. Tried to bend piping down so bugered up dry wall.. not sure why when I asked for flex piping. Took about half day.

Mr. Cholico and Mr. Garza were both very professional and very personable. Mark Vargas made this all happen and was also an awesome individual. I would highly recommend these guys and use them again.

Home improvement gone wrong and needed someone to fix it fast for the holidays. I call and they were able to see me first thing in the morning . They arrived exactly what time they said they would be here . I’m so happy with the work they did fast and friendly!

Brendan and David did a great job fixing up the issue with the cartridge for my shower faucet. They were very personable, informative, and expedient in their service.

Nice people but very expensive, just needed a replacement water valve for my refrigerator, it took maybe 5 minutes and $291 dollars for a $20 valve. Again good people but very expensive John Wayne was half this price. Still no invoice, no warranty information on labor or parts. Not good for business.

Connectors to the washer were leaking and outside spigot also leaking. Highly recommend Silverback Plumbing and Drain. They were quick to reply and sent someone the next day. Everyone was very professional. Great job.

This plumber, owner Mark with supposedly 18 years experience, cost me $1500 in unnecessary expenses! I had a water spot on my ceiling beneath master bathroom. I called him to come have a look. That’s literally all he did..looked at the spot, did not touch it or get on a ladder, he went to the bathroom and looked at the shower and bathtub, NEVER turned on water and then proceeded to tell me that in his “18 years experience” he didn’t believe we had a pipe leak but instead he started declaring disaster saying we had a sealant leak and that we had water damage throughout our subfloor and said we needed to call in a Fire and Flood company. Within 30 minutes he had brought in another company and the 2 of them started rampaging and talking about insurance and complete bathroom gutting. I was left with my head spinning, fans and holes in my wall and being told they will be back in the morning to pull out my bathroom. I had the restoration company, “that the plumber called in” call in an abatement team to test my 2002 home for asbestos and lead and they broke floor planks and made additional holes in my ceiling and walls. Eventually it was discovered that my problem was a simple leak from the shower drain and that the water was contained to just beneath the drip. The restoration team are the people that decided to check in the ceiling just to make sure they didn’t see a leak that the plumber missed (obviously he missed it because he didn’t look) and thankfully they did that before ripping out my bathroom. Unfortunately not before leaving $300 a day unnecessary equipment in my home for 3 days and not before having the abatement team break my bathroom floor and punch a sample hole in my ceiling. Complete disaster caused by SILVERBACK PLUMBING!!
