As well, everyone we spoke with at the company provided excellent service and made this a less stressful and pleasant experience. This all occurred on the same day we called. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service.

Avoid this company at all costs. I booked a same-day appointment with a 4-hour arrival window between 11 AM and 3 PM. Instead of showing up—or even being honest—they bombarded me with useless texts every hour starting at 1:30 PM saying they were “running late” and would notify me when they were on the way. At 3 PM (the end of the window), I get a call saying maybe they’ll be here in an hour. That hour turned into four. They finally show up at 7 PM, after stringing me along all day with empty promises and excuse after excuse.

But the kicker? They quoted me $2,000 for a basic water pressure regulator replacement—something that any reputable plumber would do for a fraction of that price. It felt like a bait-and-switch scam wrapped in a clown show of incompetence.

Total waste of time. Total ripoff. This company has zero respect for your time, money, or intelligence. Don’t walk—run away from this circus.

Jamaal did a great job. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and provided a fast fix.

Awesome same day service (within an hour of calling).. the technician Fernando discussed all possible options and pricing before starting .. there was no pressure and he also offered relevant discounts.. will definitely use Roto Rooter again

Fernando arrived on time and prepared do resolve my plumbing stoppage. He explained what he was going to do and my options moving forward should the problem be greater than expected. He cleaned up the work site after clearing the obstruction. He was pleasant and courteous. I will continue to go to Roto-Rooter New Braunfels for all my future plumbing needs.

Fast, efficient and very clean. Fernando was great and made sure the job was done properly! From scheduling to getting the main line cleared it was around 2-3 hours total so much time saved!

Would highly recommend these guys, all of them starting from Kyle to Seth and sorry I didn’t get the training name of a man. We’re all very knowledgeable and persistent in trying to tackle the problem and finally got it fixed. I will use them again extremely satisfied.

Professional company, Fernando and David came out to clear a bathroom vanity. That clogged from the AC drain. Cleared my line and gave me recommendations to keep the line clear. Completely satisfied. 6 month warranty included.
