We were out of town when my husband and I got a call that our water was not working. Once we got home and assessed the situation, we realized our water softener had failed and our pipes were clogged. We put out a call to Roto-Rooter and they came out the next morning.

Ashley was the salesperson we worked with. She sat with us and gave a thorough explanation of the water softener system, warranty information and what the company could offer us. We decided on their system and a call was put out to Brian.

The system we needed was not available in house, so Brian went out of his way to the warehouse to get the one we needed. Once he got here, not only was he kind but worked tirelessly. I was suffering from a migraine with the stress of it all and he was kind of enough to gently close the door behind him whenever he had to come in the room- it was a kind gesture that was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pipes were worse off than we thought, which meant he would have to get creative in order to clear them out. He ended up having to come back out twice (at no fault of his) and did so with professionalism, good energy and worked hard to get our home up and running. He even asked me if I was feeling better.

Roto-Rooter has gained a long time customer in us due to this positive experience. We appreciate Brian- and he’s been here so many days that he’s now extended family.

The RotoRooter service man responded quickly to fix my leaking pipe under my house. He did an inspection and quoted a price that he honored. He took time to discuss what he would do to fix the leak and performed his fix quickly. Overall it was a professional and quality experience.

Prompt response and efficient work by Joel when I called them after 8 pm to fix a leaking sink. Decent pricing too, would give five stars if they do free estimates instead of charging a $75 fee.

When crunched for time, and the plumbing acted up in a horrible way -- way too close to the holidays -- the Roto-Rooter tech assisted timely, efficiently, effectively, resolving the issue at hand; leaving the homeowner happy and able to get back to business. Great job, Roto-Rooter!

When I had to get the main sewer line on my house replaced, of the 5 different companies that gave me an estimate, roto-rooter was the only one who was honest about what needed to be replaced. The line through the yard was new but under the house was not. They all knew it but only roto-rooter left the replacement of that line off the estimate. Now I only call them. Grease clog removed from the sink line this time. My sink is ready for the holidays.

Fernando was great, we had a clogged pipe and a toilet leak that couldn’t be fixed with regular means, and he was able to assess and resolve the issue within 45 minutes. Very communicative and kind, took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also outlined the process of water mitigation and claims in case we end up needing to go that direction. Will definitely call them again in the future!

Today is Sunday and had an issue with our water faucet. Blessing in disguise, we had the fortune of meeting Tyler Leija! He is upfront, straight to the point and honest tech. He explained in detail what went wrong, fixed it AND then asked if there where any other issues. My wife did remembered one and that also got fixed on the visit. Anything else he asked, I said yes and discussed our water heater. Gave me detailed information and a quote. I will be scheduling that maintenance in December but as someone who is in sales myself, I like the straight forward approach and the confidence to explained the situation.
