This willingness to work within our budget and long-term plans was highly appreciated. The final job was completed efficiently, and the clean-up was thorough. I had a water leak from the connection of water softener plumbing. Water gushed out and flooded my street. I called Silverback plumbing that night and they accommodated me and fixed it the next day. Mario was very courteous and professional. I recommend them 100%. I have a Water line Leak Protection called American Water Resources of Texas that I got thru AMAC but they could not give me an appointment for 4 days. They were going to let me go without water for 4 days! I begged them to find a plumber to come sooner. But they said no. I am canceling that program. It’s worthless.

The hot water heater in my attic started failing back in February, so I reached out to multiple plumbing companies to get a quote. I chose Silverback because they had good reviews, were responsive and eager to answer any questions I had, and the price seemed more than fair. Great Service! Had an issue with my water pressure being too high when I first open the tap to being about half the normal pressure when it settled down. David and Brendan showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue (pressure regulator), gave me a quote, and completed the work all in the same day. Very friendly and professional. I had the best experience meeting Mark and his team. I was terrified to find out where my “leak” was coming from according to SAWS. Thankfully Mark and his team were able to find the solution and it was so much easier than I expected. He was thorough, respectful and above all very honest and upfront. He showed us the testing methods he used and even allowed us to listen to the excessive drainage and see for ourselves how the meters were reading. He was fair with his pricing and very accommodating. Hopefully I won’t need an emergency situation for a long time but for all my future plumbing needs I am definitely trusting Mark and his company!

Silverback repaired a leak from the water meter to my house. David was the licensed plumber who arrived as scheduled, no long wait. David was very polite, and informative. David excavated the area and exposed where the problem was. David explained in detail what needed to be fixed and provided a detailed estimate. The repair was professionally done and they used quality parts on hand in their truck. The owner Mark ensured me that they would do a great job and I’m fully satisfied with the work they did. David showed me the old part that failed and explained how the leak occurred. Very transparent and honest.

When our water heater suddenly went out, I made the initial mistake of going to Home Depot to have it replaced. I was essentially told it could be upward of 2 weeks to be looked at. Meanwhile, a friend of ours recommended Silverback. Mind that I contacted the owner on December 30th. Long story short, they had our tank replaced with on industrial tank the very next day (New Years Eve). The gentlemen sent to do the work were some of the most expeditions, professional and detail oriented I have had the pleasure to contract. My only regret is that Google only allows for five stars. I can't recommend or thank these guys enough.

Past experiences with larger San Antonio plumbing companies were disappointing, so I researched and called Silverback. Mario was great from the start. He thoroughly investigated the leak's origin and explained the options clearly, as if teaching an apprentice, as another review mentioned. Silverback is an excellent company with great people. I've found my go-to plumbing company and highly recommend them.
