I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom sink over the weekend unfortunately it went through my ceiling. I had called a different plumbing company and the plumber came out looked at it and said there’s nothing wrong. I asked around and I got Anchor plumbings number and they came out and the guy found out what was wrong within 2 seconds. Turns out it was my hvac condensate drain line not screwed on properly which caused the leak (I had my hvac serviced a few days prior). I really appreciate the knowledge and for plumbers who think outside the box and get things fixed. I was really greatful for Michael coming out and helping my family! Thank you!

This was the 3rd time I’ve used Anchor Plumbing. Two times they helped identify and quickly repair leaks preventing additional damage to the home. Today, they installed a pressure reduction valve to the property and installed a new hot water heater. Every person who has been to the home has been kind, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. I will without a doubt call them for any future plumbing needs.

Josh with Anchor did a great job. He was very thorough in finding source of our problem and worked diligently to find a solution. He educated me about my options along the way. Always a great experience with Anchor Plumbing. Eric Solis came out to check my refrigerator water line. There ended up being more issues but I was so glad he caught them now and not later. He was able to take care of everything that afternoon and was done before the sunset. He even took the time to answer my questions about tankless systems and future water softener installation. It’s service like this that keeps me on their annual maintenance plan.

Great trust worthy company. I have been using Anchor a plumbing for probably 5-6 years. Good price but most of all good work. They are on time, and very quick to respond to a phone call. Mason is one of my favorite techs who has been with them for years and Thomas who came by today to do the yearly check was on time, very personable, thorough and did everything that comes with the yearly maintenance check. Great guy. In the past I have had Anchor plumbing fix a major leak outside, water regulator at the main, water heater, water Softner, and the plumbing for a remodeled primary bathroom. Glad I have a company I can trust.

I called for a service call and got a quick response.
Mason came out immediately after I called. Mason was very friendly, professional and informative. Mason provided us with pictures and details on the problems with our PRV, Water Heater and Water Softener. He also provided us with options. Which made it easier for us to make a decision. Mason was very helpful. After our agreement Mason was able to get his professional plumbers Alex and Sammy to our house to start the repairs and installation of a water softener immediately.
Alex and Sammy were very friendly and professional. They both did an excellent job on replacing the PRV, Water Softener and Pressure Expansion Tank on the Water Heater. Alex and Sammy completed the repairs and installation immediately and cleaned up all around the work area. I highly recommend Anchor Plumbing.

After contacting several plumbing companies with details of my plumbing needs and getting the run around and upsell conversations. I focused on companies with good Better Business ratings and good customer reviews. Spoke to several local companies and after several contacts I contacted Anchor Plumbing in Helotes. A lady named Sarah was a great start to a great experience. She listened to my needs and promptly scheduled an on-site visit by Dakota Arguijo who came by and offered multiple options on cost for the job. We agreed on the option and he scheduled the job to be done the same day. Javier Landeros and Sammy arrived that same afternoon and completed the complete removal and replacement of our water softener. After work was completed the area was cleaned and all replaced parts were removed from site. All of these Anchor employees were polite, courteous, and professional. I now feel comfortable that I have done a job of selecting a go to plumbing company.

I was very pleased and satisfied with the timeliness and professionalism of the many jobs that Anchor plumbing took care of. Dakota, a very knowledgeable and extremely thorough young man, very willing to help you resolve any and every plumbing issue at hand from repairing a cracked connection to the waterline of the fridge to replacing a faulty installed water heater and and a few other small jobs. I was impressed with the willingness to even help me decide on a new kitchen faucet. So sweet! Our hot water heater began leaking after 26 years and needed to be replaced. We called Anchor Plumbing and Mason came out to look at it. Not only did he give us a quote, but he also explained some other things that we were missing that were required by code. Not having those would impact us when we got ready to sell our home in a few months. The price was very good and I had a great feeling that they were the ones for the job. The next day Javier and Ricky came out and did a wonderful job installing our new tank. They fixed the compliance issues and explained how our new tank set up worked. They left everything very clean and were very nice. We have finally found a plumbing company that we feel confident with. From our original call to the office, to completion of the project, they were an excellent group of folks to work with. A big thanks to all of them. Give them a call and you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I originally called them after another company tried to completely price gouge me for replacing a water line. I was already dealing with a lot in my personal life, and the added financial stress was overwhelming. When I explained my situation, they didn’t just treat me like another job they actually listened.

Anchor Plumbing Services was outstanding! They replaced a propane valve for my fireplace and the work was extremely professional from start to finish. What really set them apart, though, was how much time they took to educate me—not just on the fireplace setup, but on my home’s entire propane gas system.
