I came off a really bad experience. Samari answered the phone and really worked with us to get our over back up and going. He was responsive and professional. Hopefully we don't have an issue with another major appliance, but if we do, this is the guys I'm calling.

Samori came out to fix an error on my LG washer. He had the required parts on hand to complete service in one day. I would definitely recommend his service and will use for all future needs.

Unfortunately, a new issue arose with my clothes dryer. I contacted Samori immediately. He responded the next morning provided his next appointment availability and assured that me he would find the source of the issue.
He arrived and did just that.

This was the 3rd company I called but they were the first to come out and the cheapest! Samori was a great appliance tech and figured out the gas igniter in our dryer was broken and came back the same day with the replacement part to finish the job. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Appliance Teks. Samori provided excellent customer service, in fact what really impressed me, is that he was able to move my original appointment up one day sooner, because he was going to in my area. He completed a diagnostic evaluation on my dryer, and gave me an exact quote which did not change. He then returned promptly the next day to complete the repairs once he received the part. I really appreciated his pleasant demeanor, honesty and most of all his expertise relating to appliance repair. I called on a Saturday for a washer repair. He advised they were closing for the day and could get to me on Sunday. The service was prompt and efficient. Once he diagnosed the unit, he advised the issue, and scheduled the repair for the next day. I Avery happy with the service provided and he was very reasonable with pricing!

I had previously contacted Sumori almost a year ago, to check out my Mother-In laws washer and he gave his honest opinion and stated it was not worth fixing. Yesterday I contacted him again to diagnose MY washer and again he was very quick to respond, professional and fixed my washer the same day! Completely fraudulent company. Sent a repair person to our house who knew nothing about asko dishwashers. On top of that he was rude and dismanted the dishwasher but couldnt put it back together. The dishwasher is now completely totalled and has cost us over $1000. Never use again - buyer beware

Contacted this company for the repair of our Asko dishwasher and they scheduled someone to be onsite the next day. The technician that arrived was a subcontractor and not an employee of Houston Asko Repair. He was inexperienced and highly unprofessional. After several calls to the original service company to seek help it was determined that due to the circumstances of the repair and the lack of assistance from the original service company that it was necessary to have the technician leave our home. The technician was vulgar and disrespectful to me and my wife and wanted payment for a job that he was unable to complete. I requested the original service company engage with the technician; however they declined. It required us to call the local police to remove this person from our home. The invoice for the service diagnosis, parts, and repair was for a company called The Appliance Repairmen and I suspect they are nothing more than brokers for contract labor. They receive the payment for the initial service diagnosis. The technician is paid for all parts and the labor. The labor is a floating price as determined by the technician. None of this or the fact that the technician is a contractor was communicated on the front end by either the original service company or the technician. We will not be using this service again and would not recommend their service to anyone. I would recommend that if you require appliance service that you query the service company to ensure you are getting a quoted fair price and that the company has their own (W2) employees as contractors are paid by the job and can charge what they think they can get. Try to mitigate all surprises.
