Our service man Don showed up in the time frame given. He was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator. I would definitely use this company again. The service was excellent!

I called VRP after another appliance repair service Told me that the controllers in the dryer were burnt, that they needed to order parts and did not know when they were going to be available. That diagnostic did not seem right to me, I decided to get a second opinion. VRP came, the cleaned the dryer and reset it, the dryer has been working fine for two months. No extra cost, no additional waiting time! Kudos to VRP for knowledge and honesty.

Don showed up right on time, great communication the day of. Great communication on arrival time too. Came right in, went work and was out in a few minutes. It was a simple warranty service but can't beat how well executed it was.
