Marcos was really amazing! Very professional and thorough from start to finish. He even gave us options of getting a new one rather than spending money on the existing one. Overall, really happy with the services and definitely going back to them for any future help!

Marco is very easy to work with. He is on time and does a very good job. I like that he tries to fix appliances and not just say I need a new one. He calls me back and is not weeks out for an appointment. A keeper!!!

Marcus and his colleague were extremely professional, polite, and friendly. They arrived on time and even gave me a heads up when they were heading over. They did the job perfectly. They even cleaned all the water and put everything back. There was some other issue we didn’t know, and didn’t budget for, they fixed it and didn’t charge me extra. Also, the price was half of what we were quoted from another technician. I highly recommend them!

I have used Maldo Appliance for many of my house appliances and was never disappointed. He is honest and someone you can trust. Most will up charged you, but this company will not and I appreciate it. I would recommend this company for all your appliances needs.

I cannot recommend Marcos at Maldo Appliance enough! We had refrigerator issues and hot water heater issues recently. Marcos went the extra mile to help us get everything resolved. And his prices cannot be beat. He genuinely cares about his work and he’s a delightful person and very trustworthy. It’s hard to find someone like him these days. Highly recommend!

Maldo came out right before Thanksgiving when our oven decided to quit working. The replacement part was no longer made but they did a temporary fix so we could use it while we find a new one. I was so impressed with their honesty and knowledge. I asked about an issue with our freezer and the quote to fix was 1/3 of what another company told me. Definitely will use again!

They came same day and fixed it right then and there.

I called other people before Marcos and no one could give me a quote.. until they came to my house to charge a $100 diagnostic fee and then fix the problem.

Marcos was fair, honest and straightforward. I HIGHLY recommend working with him.

I called Maldo for a refrigerator repair for a built-in fridge/freezer. They came out quickly the same day, diagnosed the problem and priced out the repairs while they were at the home. Maldo is hands down running the most reliable appliance company! I called him at 8:20 in the morning and by 11 AM he was at our house to look at the refrigerator. He troubleshoot the issue and came back a few hours later to fix it. They also sell appliances and if in the future I need any help with that I know who to call. Highly recommend working with Maldo!

Great service and expert knowledge of Thermador appliances. Quick part ordering and fast install. We had Thermador repair guy out 6 times for same issue over 2 year period and no resolution, just excuses including we were operating wrong. After warranty period ended we called Marcos to diagnose and after diagnostics and parts replacement, our 3 year troubles finally seem at an end. Now we can go back to Thermador for reimbursement of faulty parts which they refused to replace under warranty. Marcos gave us the old parts and provided the information needed to go after Thermador. Thanks again for the service!

This is a fantastic small business. I call in distress about my old refrigerator making noise and Marco was very informative, patient, and understanding. Within an hour and a half he had Oscar the technician in route. Oscar was able to revive my old refrigerator with ease. and He cleaned his work area and left it neat. I highly recommend using this small business.

Marcos and his team definitely saved the day! As a grooming salon, towels are no joke we go through piles of them daily, and our hardest-working employees are our washer and dryer. When they go down, everything stops. We reached out to Maldo Appliance, and they got us in same day. Lifesavers!
Marcos and his team came out, got everything checked out, cleaned out all the hoses (which were full of dog hair from all the towel drying), and had our machines back in action. He was super professional, thorough, and kept us updated every step of the way.

GREAT experience with Video Repair Place. I can't say enough nice things about Jo, the technician. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and communicated exactly what was needed to repair the washing machine. Because it was under warranty the the two service calls (once for a review, and once for installation of the part) were free, but I would have paid any service charges because I have not seen a "repair place" with this level of service. I will definitely use them again if I ever need anything. I even received an email from the manufacturer when the part was ordered and delivered to their facility - they were at my house the next day!
