Communication is key when you're a business owner. We couldn't get him to return our calls or text messages. He "fixed" our refrigerator and it stopped working again a week later. I would never recommend or use this company again.

My washing machine was holding my clothes hostage (door locked and completely unresponsive). I called Maldo Appliances and within a few hours, Marcos and his helper arrived and were able to negotiate their release. They are prompt, professional, courteous, and honest. If you are in need of appliance repair, they should be your first call!

Blown away by this appliance service! They were responsive, very thorough, so professional, and ended up fixing all these additional problems with our fridge (that they discovered as they were doing their final inspection), all for one flat fee. They even vacuumed behind the fridge and left everything in great condition. Really appreciate the price transparency with the flat fee! Thank you Marcos and team!

Requested assistance with my Samsung dryer just running and running and running! Obviously a huge safety hazard. Explained what was going on and got a quick phone diagnosis (especially since this issue is common with our type of Samsung dryer). Got the part ordered that day and the next day right on time got it fixed. Great communication and respectful employees in our home! Even swept up lint from behind the dryer. Fix was completed quickly and explained what the issue was in layman’s terms for me (without making me feel stupid!). Cost was very reasonable! Highly recommend Maldo appliance.

They were phenomenal!!! The owner really has a heart for his customers and blessed me with repairing my oven at no cost. While I know he can’t do this for everyone I’m VERY thankful that I was the chosen. He was very efficient, courteous and professional. I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Had a problem with my washer. Marcos was very professional from the diagnostic visit to the end of repairing my washer. He showed us the old parts being replaced and the new ones before putting them in. He even shared some knowledge and tips with us. Definitely will call them next time, if there is a next time. I recommend them 100%!!

Marco from Maldo came out after one of the rip off appliance guys came to the house. From the description over the phone he knew what part was needed and brought it when him saving a trip. Then when he did the work, he figured out the part didn't need replacing and thus saved me $200 on the bill.

It was a breath of fresh air to have the work done properly and for a fair price.
