They came out to fix my ice machine. Ordered the part and was making ice again with in the week. Very nice people to work with.

Charged a $95 fee just to come over - spent literally 5 minutes adjusting a door and charged another $80 in labor. Refused to reconsider the labor charge as excessive.

They came out same day to check out a Hoshisaki ice maker that wasn't making any ice. They were able to fix the machine right away at a great price and even threw in a free cleaning.

Called for an appointment per the instruction of Speed Queen's customer support but was told by this company I would need to provide proof of purchase before they would book an appointment - I knew not to waste any more time having the discussion!
