This is real talk. It was a bait and switch. The repair price was really too high. Beware of who arrives at your home.

I had to update on these scammers. The overpriced repair they quoted was not even the issue. Had the repair done by the "maker" of the appliance. I was apprehensive about their price being more, but the entire job was FREE. That's right free, because the issue was a recall. Trust the brand if your appliance is a few years old, it's worth it. Verified customers of the people who tried to capitalize on lack of knowledge when it comes to appliance repairs. BEWARE.

I was quoted over $250 to replace the motor and labor on my washing machine, but it turned out the only issue was the drive belt—a much simpler and cheaper fix. I appreciate the visit….but I recommend a more thorough and honest diagnosis in the future.
