May have been an accident of timing, but when I contacted Allan about my oven going out, he was able to be here in about an hour, exactly on time.

He had a suspicion of the problem, and had secured the possible part before coming over.

Allan was recommended by a friend for appliance repair and I found him to be both professional and courteous. Very quickly, he was able to identify the faulty piece and returned the next day to have it replaced. He was competent, efficient, and trustworthy and I would use him again.

Washer was fixed in a timely manner, drain pump was replaced on my LG Washer.
He mentioned how common it is for the pump to go bad. 90 days warranty was offered and that makes me feel confident,let’s me know how good of a job he does.

Alan from AH was wonderful! Our valve was messed up on our stove and needed to be replaced. Alan was upfront with what the price for the part and labor would be (unlike other places who wouldn’t even give me a ball park until they came and looked at it themselves, which they of course charge for). He ordered the part immediately and got it fixed for us right after it came in. We will definitely be using him for any future appliance issues.
