He was extremely professional, he inspected the refrigerator and asked all the questions needed to find the issue. He found the issue within 5min and provided us a quote which was reasonable. He advised us to call our appliances company to get a better quote, he took matters on his own and called for us and had scheduled us with a technician within 30min.

Very prompt response from Allen on my initial call about my dryer not heating. I was able to get on his schedule first the next day. Dryer was diagnosed and work completed in 30 min. He left the area clean and asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend for your appliance repairs.

We had great service. Mr. Herrera came to fix my LG Washer. He was able to find the problem told me how the part was and that he had to order it. He came back as scheduled when he had the part. He was efficient and thorough. We asked him to look at our dryer while he was here and he did. Very pleased with his work. I highly recommend him.
