My daughter called and right away they answered... They came right away and the guy was very friendly and fixed our freezer and right away started working again ... If yall looking for a technician to fix yalls electrónics this is your to go to guy!.

Alex was very professional and took care of our broken dishwasher right away. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and explained how he would repair it. He did a great job communicating with us about the status of the part he ordered. Would recommend his services to anyone needing appliance repair!

My oven went on me on a Saturday night as I was cooking. I called Appliance Care of Houston on Sunday morning around 8:45am and Alex was at my door by noon. He immediately addressed the issue and repaired my oven in less than an hour. I definitely recommend reaching out to this company with any appliance repairs. Thanks to Alex, I didn't have to purchase a new oven.

Alex promptly showed up after communicating with me that he was on his way, got right to the issue and in 30 minutes he was done. He explained how to reset the ice maker which I was unaware of. Highly recommended. Ask for Alex. He’s an expert.

Alex was great. We coordinated a time for him to come troubleshoot and he showed up when he said he would. Told me the problem and told me the cost to fix while being transparent about the price of the part. Told me when he expected the part and came back the very next day to install it. 10/10 would recommend and have definitely found our appliance repair person.

Alex was great. Came out exactly on time and replaced the icemaker promptly. It turned out that the replacement piece he installed leaked just as had the one he replaced. I called him right away and told him the problem. He reordered the part immediately (he explained it wasn’t currently in stock at the local whse) and came back as soon as the part came in, about 2 days later. No charge, as I expected. The new icemaker works perfectly!
I highly recommend that you call Alex, Appliance Care of Houston. He is really, really good at his job and a great guy as well. He worked on my fridge, but he repairs all types of appliances.

We had a great experience with Appliance Care of Houston! Our technician, Alex, arrived right on time and was professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and repaired our refrigerator, and within about 45 minutes, the entire unit was working like new again 😊 I truly appreciated his expertise and would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.

Called them at 10:32 pm to leave a message. Surprisingly a woman answered and set up a next day repair. Alex came and repaired my LG washers drain pump. Awesome service and Alex was very friendly! Will definitely use again! Used them again January 12th 2026 for another repair on a valve in same washer and Alex was prompt arriving right at the scheduled time! Great experience with them because he stayed after the repair and cleaned my washer running a cycle to make sure everything was working. Use them for everything from now on.

My refrigerator/ freezer stopped working so I called Appliance Care of Houston. Alex came out the same day, showed up on time, and was able to figure out the problem in 10 minutes. He found a replacement part and got my fridge working again quickly, all at a very reasonable price. Great work and I will definitely use this company again for any future appliance repairs! 👍

George is very helpful. Responsive via text and aks you to send pics or videos in advance so he can come prepared. He had completed flawlessly repairs on fridge (broken door) Took part & cleaned by old maytag washer & dryer. He has also done works at family members homes. Had to replace agitator on washer (parts & labor 1 year warranty)
Cleans up as he goes and is respectful of space and your home.
He is very pro-fixing instead of replacing. Especially on older models, bc we all know "they don't make things like they used to".
