They sold me a washer that leaks. Tried to call no answer

I bought a refrigerator 4 months ago and they came out 3 times already. And my refrigerator still not working. It gets cold for a few weeks then stop. Bought $400 in food and had to give it to a family to hold cause it’s not working and my “warranty “ is up. Worst place I ever bought from

Yea, finally a small appliance repair guy that is fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. No hesitation recommending him. Appears to be very honest and forthright in his "discovery" of the problem. He fixed the scraping noise in my dryer in seconds! Put him at the top of your list to give a try!

Received a call prior to the technician (Mike) arriving from the tech. to let me know he was on his way.

Mike came in (wore a mask), I showed him the issue at hand, he got straight to work, worked very quickly and efficiently, found the issue and resolved it.

There were no up sells, thickening the issue, none of that. He had the part on hand and did a dry run to make sure everything was working smoothly before he left. The pricing was reasonable as well.

I WILL be using them in the future if an issue arises and I WILL be referring them to anyone I hear has an issue pertaining to their trade.

Excellent!!! Called Curt about a microwave repair. He called back promptly, and scheduled me for the following day. He took note of the problem description and model number by text message, very convenient, no special web forms or complicated stuff. Repair tech Mike called ahead and arrived within the time window planned. He was very friendly and well prepared with the correct tools on the first visit. He diagnosed the problem (thermostat), replaced the bad part, and put everything back together, working safely and efficiently. Very reasonable price for the service call and I felt inclined to add a tip for the professional and friendly job well done. I will definitely be calling Curt again next time I need an appliance repaired. THANKS CURT AND MIKE!!

I called Curt to take a look at my washer and dryer that were both not working. I asked Curt to call in advance because I was not home and he did. When he came out to my home, he said the dryer wasn't working because the vent was too closed off. It was a simple and easy fix. He said that he could get the washer running and gave me some options to improve it at a reasonable price. I figured since he already had it opened up, might as well make the improvements. He did a great job, at a fair price, and both my washer and dryer are running again in tip-top shape.

Just had a visit from on of their techs. Less than impressed with the customer service. Originally communicated with Michael and he gave great customer service. The existing reviews led me to believe I would experience the same but unfortunately I didn’t.
