They quoted one price. But when they got here he charged more than I was quoted. He fixed the machine without knowing if I had enough. He was not social or polite. I felt like I was scammed. All I wanted was to know how much it would cost to fix and he fixed it and over charged me for it. That's my experience with this company.

Technician arrived at my house within 45 minutes of me calling Saturday evening. Very professional and courteous and knows what he's doing!!!

Alexy was great. We needed a replacement part and he went to Lowes and got it for us. He was dot on time. I highly recommend Appliance Care of Houston.

The gentleman that fixed my stove was very professional, and kind. He explained the reason the stove no longer worked hot enough. He explained that he would have to order parts and would be returned soon. He did come back to my home and fixed my oven quickly.
I appreciated that very much. God Bless!

This company goes out of their way to help you with all of you Appliances! Doesn't matter what time of day Alex is always there to save the day!! I have 2 little one's and my control boards have went out in my washer, fridge and multiple appliances in my house. This company is who you want to be apart of to help you with your Appliance needs!! If I could give Alex 20 stars I would! He has helped me and my family Navigate this crazy Appliance world we are living in!!

Appliance Care of Houston did an amazing job. My dishwasher was no easy task but they went to my home and made every adjustment that was needed. Super happy with the results!!!

I had my dryer repaired by this company and the repairman said the timer was broken. I paid 255.00 to get it fixed and the next month, the dryer did not work. The repairman said it was the timer AGAIN, and I would have to pay 350.00 for repairs. The company did not honor their warranty and I believe that my dryer was not repaired in the proper manner. I’m thoroughly disappointed by the service and the handling on my situation. I would not use this company for their services.

Outstanding! Our clothes dryer had been down a week. Appliance Care disassembled the unit, replaced needed parts and cleaned the inside of the dryer. Within an hour and a half, the dryer was working and had hotter output than previously. I would recommend these folks for your appliance
repairs, for sure.

I reached out to Appliance Care Houston to go to my mother’s house to inspect the electric she has because it was not working. Alex was the technician that went to complete the inspection of my mother’s electric range and was very patient well mannered and most important he was on time. Alex completed the inspection of the electric range. He was able to email me the estimate immediately after his inspection, I HIGHLY recommend Appliance Care Houston, they were absolutely AWESOME!!!!!!

Do not waste your time. The technician did not honor any coupons listed in the site and also did not fix my dishwasher. When I informed him the next day that it was still broken he didn’t reply until the next day saying he was out of town. So now I paid them over 200 dollars and still had a broke dishwasher. I tried several times to get this company to send someone else to repair it and finally was able to get an appointment almost 5 days later. Once the technician found out he issues me a partial refund and this company cancelled the new appointment claiming I received a refund. I believe this company is a fraud, reviews are fake and will come only to get the service fee but not truly fix any appliances. Please look elsewhere and I will be forwarding this info to BBB and Angi.

I own a few duplexes in Houston and I’ve used their services a few times for different appliances. Always a great experience, they’ll accommodate to your time and they are quick to schedule you. The best part is I don’t have to be there and I can just Zelle payment.

Alex was extremely knowledgeable, professional & most importantly HONEST. He came in took my dryer apart inspected and immediately found the issue. The $75 diagnostic turned into $100 because he had to take apart the motor. That's fine. My appt was set between 4-6pm he arrived at 4:45pm.

Alex arrived on time. He immediately proceeded to replace the inner glass to my electric oven door. I appreciated that he didn't ask to be paid before the work was completed. I will definitely call him for future repairs or replacements.
