We bought a Samsung refrigerator with this location in Katy and the guy said it was “like new” easy peasy financial exchange of course. Then it was delivered the same day until his guy installed it and IMMEDIATELY ran out the door and took off as he knew he did something wrong. Well I turned around and my kitchen floor was filled with water from the fridge. It seems he plugged the fridge in as well as connected the water dispenser and as soon as that happened water poured out everywhere. After we turned off the water valve behind the fridge and cleaned all the water up we found the filter had a huge crack along the side so it made the water just flow out. We informed him of this immediately and did not get a response Back for now day 5. As these days are passing we noticed there are other issues and again informed the company as we were instructed to do in exact order and still no response or returned phone calls. We did however call him from an unknown number and finally got a response. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Always a good buying experience with these guys. I've bought a washer, a freezer, and a refrigerator from these guys within the last 2-3 years.

I bought a kenmore elite washer and dryer set 8/7/2020. Within that timeframe I’ve had them come out to my home and “fix it” twice. I’ve received two separate error messages within that timeframe, this is extremely frustrating because I haven’t had the unit for that long. However, they did come out and replace my washer and dryer with a better model which seems to be working great.

Horrible customer service and service!!!! I had to have a different company come do the repair after this one came! Overcharged by JCM and then pay again to someone else. Total $500 in repair!!! My washing machine broke and I had to get someone over quickly to get it repaired. The water would not stop filling up. Just like most people I work and can't take off indefinitely due to a washing machine. The guy was able to come that same day. I paid $280 for a water valve and pressure switch replacement. I thought it was a high price but so happy he was able to come the same day. 2 days later I had the same issue. I called to have him come back out. They don't answer their phone. EVER. They text "I'm busy please text". this was concerning from the get go. But I needed the repair handled. I was told he'd be back on Tuesday morning. I cancelled all of my appointments to stay home and wait. He never showed up. I texted all day. Then I was told it would be Wednesday morning. I couldn't stay home ANOTHER day. So my husband left work to meet at the confirmed time of 10:30. The guy showed up at 11:30. He replaced the Pressure switch AGAIN. REALLY! I then had to have a real repair guy (different company) out to change the valve again. He showed me the one that JCM put in was old, bent, and dirty (possibly refurbished or just used). A NEW VALVE was put in this time and the machine is working. $500 later. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The technician never even showed up to the scheduled appointment. When I called the person who answered the phone gave me 2 excuses: 1) they tried to call me and I didn't answer and my voicemail wasn't set up! WRONG! It is. My phone is always on me as I work from home. No missed calls & I have voicemail 2) The technician has COVID. So which is it? Did you try and call or do you have COVID?

We explained the problem over the phone (unbalanced spin cycle that keeps going and going) and Jose was able to diagnose it over the phone (broken spider and possibly bearings). He picked it up the same day and returned it to us within 48 hours. He took video and pictures of mold growing inside the washer which explained the stinky smell we'd noticed for months - fixed that too. All of that for a fraction of the cost of buying a new washer. Great communication and customer service.

I bought a washing machine from them and April of 29 chain and the filter broke in September so he fixed that and then it broke again in August and I explained to him b4 he came our that I noticed that he had replaced at 1 time and so tried to see if he would make a discount and anyway he sent his son Over to fix it and his son after hr fixed it , he came out andcwanted me to sign off for it without even having looked at the work. also his son refused to look at my dryer . it hadn't been drying and I had also bought it from his father , the owner of this company I later found out his dad never had hooked up the filter to the back of the dryer! He just barely had it nearer the exhaust of the dryer but never attached it. And when I told his son that I wanted to see the work 1st he and that I had a question (I didn't know why I should have to pay full price if the water pump broke again , I was just merely asking a question )and he called his dad on the phone ..I thought his dad understood I had called him to tell him that it had been broken 1 other time in the year on phone, his dad would not let me finish a sentence on the phone and was raising his voice at me as if he was verbally challenging me, cutting me off and movking me
I could not finish one sentence . It was just absolutely awful. I will never use them again. It was a case of might is right ..i felt bullied by the two of them. After the Sun left I paid which was fine I just didn't know what the warranty was I was merely trying to discuss it. But after he left I fixed the dryer myself that's when I realized his dad never hooked it up and I had bought it from them as well! And took all of that krapp from them. Life is too short to have wrath come Down on you like that if you are asking a question on something that I Called A-day ahead about and never got an answer on it.

I spent $2,000 with these bozos on a new fridge and washer and dryer and they only lasted 4 months. Problem is, they only offer a 90 day warranty. Needless to say I had to pay these guys an additional $275 to repair the refrigerator and then another $195 to repair the dryer. On top of that the refrigerator broke again a few days after they repaired it. Turns out they misdiagnosed the problem the first time. I asked him to buy it back, repair them since that's what he does, and resell them, he said point blank NO! This is bad business and you should always make someone whole if you can especially if you're so great and this doesn't happen often. I'm filing suit in small claims court to get my money back. These guys sold me $2k worth of crap and then made me pay for the pleasure of being able to use it. I was an idiot for buying from these guys and if you buy from them you'll feel like an idiot too. Always go new w/ warranty!!!

The guys at JCM Appliances are the best. The shop is very nice and clean. The washer and gas dryer we got from them have been running flawlessly for over a year, not even a single problem. We just moved and we decided to go back to them to pick out a new set since our new place only has electric dryer. Jose was very helpful, gave me an good deal, and he's getting my new set delivered right now as I'm writing this review. I will be going to JCM Appliances again when my fridge dies. Very reliable business with fast delivery.

These guys were absolutely awesome. I went in and got a really great price on a nice washer and dryer. It was delivered in a day and installed within 10 mins. Jose was great at communicating before the delivery on the phone. Overall great experience and would recommend. Thanks guys!

When buying from Jose everything is fine but when it comes to repair forget it. I bought a washer and Dryer from him and when my Dryer broke down I called him for repair , we set up a day and time and the service fee but he never showed up and I called and texted him a couple times and was ignored till today. Sooooo unprofessional so be careful guys.

I needed my washer serviced and once I found Mike, he was very professional, prompt, and thorough with his diagnostic, service and maintenance tips to ensure my washer lasts. I would definitely recommend that he service your washer and dryer appliances. If I am ever in need of repair or new equipment in the future, I will definitely call Mike.

I called them for an issue I’ve been having with my dryer and I could honestly say they’re very good with what they do and very quick with coming to repair the issue. I’ve recommend them with all my family members and they’ve gone to buy with them good prices and delivering them.

We’re new in town and bought a washer,dryer and a fridge from them. These guys are great they answered all our questions and helped us choose the right washer and dryer. We just bought a new house and they delivery and installed them really carefully and also gave us really helpful information on how to maintain them and use them, Really friendly and professional people 👍🏼

The suspension on our washer was totally shot and it was a full-day task to get a load of laundry through without the machine rocking itself out of balance and starting over.

Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable and he had our washer fixed in no time flat. Answered all our questions, gave us some tips for our particular make and model, and now the washer runs like new. Can't recommend him highly enough!
