Greater Heights TX Dryer Vent Cleaners,Houston TX were efficient and courteous. After Carefully cleaning the vents from the dryer inside the house, they then went outside the house and with a ladder climbed up to the outside vent and pulled out an enormous amount of lint. I called this morning for a technician to come out and look at my dryer. I received same day service with a time window from 12:30-3:30pm. Maynor arrived at 1pm. Maynor diagnosis and fixed my dryer (LG) in 20 minutes. I had a flat wheel in the back of my dryer which caused my dryer to be unbalance. Great job!

ZERO STARS!!!I do not recommend. They have been to my home on 5 visits and replaced 5 different parts in attempts to repair our clothes washer. The visit before last, the tech said he would order this last part and if that doesn't work he will state it's unrepairable. We receive the last part in the mail, a different tech shows up and we repeat what the previous tech stated. So this tech then reports to Sears Appliance Repair that we refused to let him repair the washer and we want a replacement. No we all we are asking for is a working washer. Instead we keep getting techs who habe no idea what is wrong with the washer and Instead of saying that, they order more parts and now they won't repair or put in an order to replace.
