Technician was prompt, communicative and knowledgeable. He collected my credit card payment at the time of service, and it went through. Then, a month later later, Sears sent me a snail mail letter asking for the payment again. The bill looked like an old photocopy of a photocopy, like something from the ‘90s. A really poor showing by Sears.

Rolando was great, he explained every step along the way and was very accommodating. He also provided tips on how to clean refrigerator filters to ensure to prolong life of appliance. I really appreciated that! So glad I had same technician today - thank you for that!

they did a good job, competitive pricing, didn't need parts, he just.. MacGyvered it into working.

Do NOT use this company. Total incompetence. They overpromise and under-deliver. I waited two weeks for them to do a repair. Crickets. They do not return calls. They do not keep their promises. They do not show up. I finally gave up and called another company. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

Called for an appointment. They scheduled but would not give me a time frame. I was unavailable when they called at the end of the day. When i called back to reschedule an appointment they said the owner declined to take my appointment and would not service my ice machine. Sad day for his company.. i was going to buy a new one from him but not anymore.

Stay clear of this company! Same on you Ben for running your business in such an un professional manner. We made an appointment to have PM done on our ice machine. Day of our appointment, no show , with a promise the tech would be here the next day . Every day we called he was for sure coming the next day. Finally he arrives on Thursday to do the PM . He leaves and we notice the preventive maintenance light is still on. Two hours later we still have not ice. Six hours later still no ice. We call them to come back. Sorry he can't come back for a couple of days. Two days pass still no show. We finally call another company who was here in two hours. Cleaned and preformed the PM ( also found black gunk that was not cleaned by AABC. I called on Wednesday to demand a refund of $350 for the work they did not do. I was told they would get with the manager and call me back that day. I received no phone call . Called again and was told they do not give refunds! Do not use this company! We have filed a protest with our credit card company in order to get our money back. Total rip off !

I have never written a negative review before, but we would never have booked this company had we known. We had a definite appointment date/time to do maintenance service on our Follett icemaker, but they were three days late with no notice. We called daily until they showed.
Icemaker was finally serviced, but now the newly cleaned icemaker is producing black gunk in the ice (it did not prior to service). Going on five days for them to return to fix it. At this time, there is only one service technician. Terribly poor customer communication and follow through.

Excellent service!
They answered right away, came quickly, were honest and caring.
I was given a few options to choose from, and my oven's issue was solved at the same day.
I highly recommend AABC Appliances.

Thomas showed up to repair a problem on my refrigerator at our business. He was ON TIME which was great because as you know, it is not common in the repair industry for them to be on time. When Thomas showed up, I had actually forgotten to tell him that I had fixed our problem because someone had turned the temperature the wrong way. He did not want to charge me a service charge even though it was my fault that I had not called to cancel. I insisted he charge me something for his time, and so he only charged me $25.00 which is half of what his normal charge it. Nice guy, showed up on time. Highly recommend. I will be calling him for any problems I might have in the future for our appliances.

Terrible company. The technician came to check my washer. Took $120 as a deposit for future repair and never came back. He does not answer the phone.
