I’ve known Wayne with Frontier for years, and I can confidently say that they design and build truly exceptional homes. Frontier specializes in high-end custom builds, and although I didn’t purchase one of their homes myself, I’ve always admired their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality custom home builder.

Even though I didn’t purchase a Frontier home, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to have Wayne’s experience and insight over the years—especially as a first-time homeowner. When I faced issues related to my home’s warranty, Wayne was always willing to offer guidance. One specific example: I had no idea what “air balancing” was or what to expect in terms of temperature differences between floors. While others brushed it off as “normal,” Wayne encouraged me to actually measure the difference—and explained that anything more than 2–3 degrees likely meant the system needed to be balanced.

It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable and genuinely willing to help, even when there’s nothing in it for them. That kind of character says a lot about the company as a whole. Highly recommend Frontier and Wayne to anyone seeking top-tier quality and service.

The in-house decorators offered excellent guidance throughout the process, helping me make design choices that felt both personal and timeless. The landscaping team also deserves a special mention—the exterior is just as elegant and well-planned as the interior, creating a cohesive and beautiful overall look.

I could not be happier with the outcome. In fact, I am currently in the market again, and Frontier Custom Builders will be my first call. I would absolutely welcome the opportunity to work with them again.

We are so glad to go with Frontier custom builders for our first home because their team is very professional. Both Wayne and Danny are easy to work with and provide good customer service. They managed to fit everything we wanted in our home which proves that they are experts and will go above and beyond for their customers.

We just moved into our new home in October of 2024. Although the build time does take longer than expected, we are thrilled with the final product. Our home is everything we wanted and more and we are so happy to be in our new home. Brandee stepped in and took over the design work with us and made sure that everything was ordered correctly and she helped with every decision that we had to make. I can’t say enough good things about working with her. I told her what I was thinking about and sent pictures and she was able to find the same style (or better) for everything and she was able to keep it within our budget. Hunt, our project manager was very responsive to our emails and questions. He was easy to work with and provided detailed explanations on progress, any delays that were happening and why things needed to be done in a certain way. Overall we are so happy with our Frontier home and we loved working with Brandee and Hunt.

Our garage turned out amazing! We knew we wanted to have the flooring done before moving in, and we heard from a friend of Mr. Monster’s high quality work, we were confident in our choice—and he did not disappoint. The entire process was easy, he was on time, and he took the time to answer all of our questions.

His pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies, and the quality of work truly stands out. You can tell he does things the right way he does the whole process.
