Quality and service are exceptional. I worked directly with Bryan in replacing my buckled pavement that was originally tile placed on concrete (no bueno). He was extremely knowledgeable in material and style of my brick pavement and took the time to cover the exact process to ensure I understood there were no shortcuts. Bryan was extremely patient with walking me through alternate design and patterns (45 degree vs 90 degree) angles. His team was always on time and finished according to schedule. I’ve had so many compliments from the neighborhood. They have an automated invoice (for those who have an interest in proper record keeping), bonded with COI, and are flexible with your budget. Personality was icing on top. Call for an estimate now!

Absolutely phenomenal work! My wife and I decided on Pavertime over other bids we received based off of company reputation and quality of work and materials. We could not be any happier with the end result. My wife and I have been through a whole house remodel over the last 3 years dealing with numerous vendors (basically gutting the house we purchased and remodeling from ground up) and Pavertime is one of the only vendors we dealt with that were consistent, professional, reliable, and that did not have to be micromanaged. Bryan is an excellent project manager and knows what he is doing during the bidding process and throughout the whole project to its completion. The guys that perform the labor are highly skilled and talented with cutting and placing each brick with preciseness with an artistic flare with their layouts. Our home backs up to a golf course and golfers were stopping by and asking for contact information / business cards during the installation process because of the high quality design. We will definitely be using them again on future projects.

Pavertime did an exceptional job bringing my vision to reality. The craftsmen they have from woodworking to paver installation are all precise, thoughtful, and experts at what they do. Communication was top notch. Bryan and his team answered all my questions answered every text and phone call with haste. This was a very good experience especially for me, I'm very hands on and observant and with these guys I was able to sit back and not worry. Price was fair, work was great. I would recommend Pavertime to anyone. The Pergola is called a Skylift system I would recommend to those with odd spaces or also to save space. This was the 1st time Pavertime did a Skylift installation and they knocked it out the park!

I hired Pavertime to install pavers for my patio (Aug 2024). I initially received a call from Bryan, one of the company's owners, where we discussed the scope of work over the phone. I had a clear idea of the type of pavers and the dimensions I wanted for the patio, so Bryan provided a rough estimate, and we agreed on an on-site visit.

During the visit, we reviewed the details, discussed options to ensure proper grading, paver arrangement, borders, and confirmed the final price. The execution of the project was excellent. The team worked very professionally and demonstrated a high level of expertise. They were also careful with the artificial turf adjacent to the patio to prevent any damage.

I am very satisfied with the work done. A small adjustment was needed for the grading near one of the drainage points. Bryan promptly visited my house, assessed the situation, and within two days, the issue was resolved.

I fully endorse this company for patio paver projects.

Richard and his team did an incredible job installing pavers on my small patio and it completely transformed the space! I left for work in the morning, and by the time I got home, the project was finished. I highly recommend them, 10/10.

Pavertime excavated, removed, and rebuilt a retaining wall around my property. Richard and Bryan both came out and explained the process and showed me different varieties of stone to choose from. The builders constructed the wall in just a few days. The new wall is attractive as well as structurally sound and definitely enhances the property’s market value. See my before and after photos. Richard and Bryan were a pleasure to work with and really know what they’re doing. I’m going to talk to them soon about designing hardscape around my trees and flower beds. I have used Pavertime for several projects and have never been disappointed. The latest and biggest project they helped me with included backyard hardscape around an existing pool, building a custom pergola, custom bench seating, turf install, drainage, and lighting. I sit outside every night now because my backyard makes me so happy. Bryan and Richard a great to work with and their pricing is super competitive.

Five stars all the way for Richard and his team at Pavertime who created our gorgeous new patio. We had been dragging our feet for years because the project seemed so daunting, but when we met Richard, we knew we were in good hands with his years of experience and down-to-earth personality. We stopped by his office several times, and he patiently answered all our questions, offered honest opinions, and made multiple visits to our house, even delivering heavy paver samples since we couldn’t decide which color would look best with our brick. Once we made our decisions, he drew up our bid quickly, and we pulled the trigger.

I was in awe watching the crew dig up our existing plants and old flagstone by hand, quicker than any machine could have done. They carefully graded the space, including adding a step since our existing slope had been too steep, and installed proper drainage. They listened carefully and had us review their markings for the patio curves we wanted before they cut the pavers. I am super picky and asked the lead workman if he could adjust a couple of the pavers. He removed, re-cut, and re-installed them to my liking without hesitation. When they finished, they left the space clean and tidy.

To complete the patio transformation, Richard hired an excellent crew to pressure wash, repair, and stain our fence and gates using the exact product we requested. He also referred us to a landscaper, who did a fabulous job in the back and front of our house. Pricing for the entire job was very reasonable and beat by a long shot what two landscape architect firms quoted.

Great experience with Bryan and his team at Pavertime! We had a new driveway put in, as well as paver walkways and patio in our backyard. Miguel and Santos do excellent work with the pavers...really talented and detailed craftsmen. Miguel has a great eye for detail and an ability to see several steps ahead. He gave us advice and direction during the course of the project that really helped bring it together. DO NOT USE ECOLOGICAL LIVING TO POUR YOUR CONCRETE. Mo, our contact with Ecological Living, was quick to respond and friendly to work with up until the point we needed him to fix a mistake his workers made. They made multiple concrete pours for our community that looked great...except... the last pour, which started cracking and crumbling almost immediately after it was poured. He initially acknowledged the cracks and came out and poured some grout in. But, the concrete continued to crumble to the point where you could pick up pieces and have it fall apart in your hand. NOT what concrete is supposed to do. After reaching out to him again to request that it be fixed, he was very aggressive and combative. He then had the nerve to charge us double the initial cost to come re-pour it, even when it was their poor workmanship that caused the issue. He finally agreed to come fix it for free, and then has not. This was a lot of money for our community to spend and it's been a very stressful experience. Save yourself the stress and go with someone else.

Great price and quality! We went with Mo and team to remove our old patio and install our dream patio. Upon arrival, Mo and team clearly had experience with concrete patio installation and drainage.
