Bryan from PaverTime came by our house to drop off samples multiple times, always responded quickly via text, kept us in the loop with scheduling, and came by after the job was done to make sure the work was to our satisfaction -- he had his crew come back out the next day to replace some pieces that we pointed out as having chips or imperfections.

PaverTime did a great job. Our small uptown yard was unusable before our paver patio. Our patio looks fantastic and has added functional living square footage to our home. The two workers tasked with the job were meticulous, professional, and thorough. Someone in the office made a mistake and sent the wrong stone color, which was being put in by the workers. Once the mistake was realized, it was corrected and the job was still completed on time. The patio looks fantastic. More importantly, the drainage works very well. Our area collects water very easily, so it was important that the drainage function well. We’ve already experienced one of those heavy, call-in-to-work-because-the-street-is-flooded rains and there was no pooling of water on the patio. We are overall very pleased and highly recommend PaverTime.

I've actually owned a hardscape company in my previous life, I just dont have the time or energy to do this kind of work myself anymore. I went through the interview process with three other contractors before settling on Bryan and Pavertime.

There were several factors that led to my decision. 1. It wasnt a hard sell. Bryan was honest, reasonable and didn't try to overhype why he was better than everyone else. 2. He listened to what I wanted and didnt try and sell me on what I "needed". 3. Reviews speak for themselves. When dealing with hardscape work, things happen. You're dealing with imperfect perfection. Sprinklers get busted, soil conditions change, mother nature can play havoc on plans and lastly, people make mistakes. You need someone that is going to own their work and work through the troubles. Bryan and his crew did just that.

My patio is for my condominium and as such is only accessible from inside the unit. The job required that all of the excavation material, crushed concrete stabilizing bed, sand and pavers had to be hauled through the unit to the patio location. My unit has recently undergone a complete rebuild do pure to a flood and all of the flooring is brand new. The installer crew they assigned to the job was amazing. They laid down pad, boards and put up plastic coverings over the furniture and kept the area clean while protecting the flooring. They installed a concrete retaining beam around the project area, cut the pavers where needed to secure them in place and filled in the inside area in a very professional manner. Would recommend for future projects.

Brian and his crew did exceptional work on our travertine pool deck, which was improperly installed at the time of pool construction (by another company). They removed pavers and then removed all existing base before re-installing the right way; it was an impressive amount of work. Of note, they took their time and paid attention to detail. When they were done, they cleaned everything up so well it doesn't look like anyone was here.

Pavertime did an excellent job on the sidewalk entry to my house. It was unlevel because of the faulty way it was originally installed. Pavertime took up all of the bricks, cleaned, leveled and reinstalled. It looks perfect! Very pleased with the result!

They did an excellent job from the time I called them for a quote to completing the work. We have a small patio and wanted a covered pergola built and wanted new paving for the patio. I needed a re-do of my old, cracked and sad back concrete patio which now looks like something out of a magazine with the beautiful new pavers. They were very accommodating and got the job done really quickly so the patio would be ready just in time for a party. The price was reasonable and the quality is perfect!

Bryan and the crew of craftsman at Pavertime made my driveway look like new again. Biggest problem was a large tree planted close to home (by previous owner) that had to be removed after it broke waterline ... as well as breaking up a large section of my driveway. The Pavertime team took out the stump, repaired the driveway in that area and added a paver sidewalk entry to rear yard. The team was here promptly before 8am and worked non-stop until approximately 6pm Mon-Thurs. Also, leveled multiple areas across the driveway that had been dislodged by tree roots or had begun to sink. Highly recommend.
