Trying to be patient but it’s been several weeks and Vincent told me the manager would review and that they’d send someone out again and haven’t heard back

On a positive note the deck itself looks good.
I will gladly take this down if you guys can please just clean this up.

SUNDEK did a beautiful job resurfacing our pool deck to look like new. Given the fickle nature of Houston's weather we particularly appreciated the regular updates on when they would be able to start and the progress reports while the work was being done. Our contact was always available throughout the project which was extremely helpful and although they forgot a very minor item (filling the house expansion joints) as soon as we drew this to their attention they came back and completed this. How a company deals with problems is - in our book - what distinguishes a great company from an average one and SUNDEK passed this test with flying colors!

Great experience all around. Steve, the Sales Representative, is extremely easy to do business with, communicative, professional and knowledgeable. The guys who came to repair the pool deck, mastic edging and then seal/stain entire deck were great. They took the time to prep, which minimized anything getting into our pool and onto areas where coating/paint should not be in the first place. Furthermore, they were professional, communicative during the process and friendly all around. Once the job was done, Steve came back out to inspect and take pictures. The best part of the whole experience was how detailed the job package was so that the guys doing the work knew exactly where to go and what to do.

Excellent, professional job. All furniture was covered, the pool was covered the deck was thoroughly buffed and cleaned then two lovely coats were applied. The crew did a wonderful clean up afterwards. Very professional in every way!

Our pool deck was in dire need of a face lift, having many cracks, broken out concrete areas, ugly expansion joints and a faded out previous flagstone look overlay. Steve (sales rep) promptly returned a phone inquiry to describe what they can do and set an appointment to come out and assess the project. He was meticulous in explaining all the options in what could be done to repair cracked and broken areas of the pool deck and the restoration process to blend in the repairs by revitalizing the colored "stones" and making the cracks become "grout lines" for the stones. He gave me three detailed proposals so that I could make an informed decision. Once I committed, the very talented crew arrived for four days of work. Their communication of each days process was appreciated and they worked hard. Carlos, the lead "artist" and his equally skilled helpers, Jesus and Ishmael, were very organized, polite, and respectful in making sure the project was done well. They all were cognizant in keeping the very messy process under control as best as possible and did a good job on the final cleanup. Steve's follow up visits to check on the progress and final outcome (and any concerns that I had) was a welcome and appreciated level of service not seen very often anymore. I would definitely recommend Sundek of Houston for any pool deck, patio, or driveway rejuvenation as well as a "start from scratch" project.

We had an unusual request for a distressed looking barn board style stamped concrete around the pool. Vincent and the team worked with us on several templates zeroing in on the particulars we wanted. The job was done maliciously and perfectly, with Vincent coming to double check daily. We could not be happier and would highly recommend Sundek of Houston. The work is exemplary.

Had them put in pavers for backyard patio several years ago and it is still beautiful. Hired them again for additional pavers for a sidewalk and front porch. They pay attention to detail, are on time, use quality materials and great communication. We definitely recommend them.
