Richard and his crew did a fantastic job! They removed/replaced my previous attempt a doing the job myself and created a beautiful patio for me. The cost was fair, and the work was completed very quickly while maintaining a high quality. They even fulfilled a special request of mine to deliver some river rock from my house to a friend's house! Very easy to work with, and did a great job. Thanks!

The company is very professional, and experienced. Richard came to my house 1-2 days after my initial inquiry, provided the measurements, and sent me the quote in the afternoon. We have a small yard, and the area we wanted for the patio was very irregular, I was very concerned about how it would turn out. We also worried about the water drainage if they could do the slop right.Richard came the second time, made recommendations on material and design and provided new measurements. The quote was very reasonable. The day of installation, everything went as planned, very smooth, no hassle. We also did flower bed, one corner was missed by the workers, Richard sent them back the next day. The patio is beautiful, we really start to enjoy the backyard. The water flows to the right direction. Excellent job.

We had three contractors provide quotes for paving our patio and a walkway alongside our house. Richard and Bryan came out and gave us a detailed proposal. Their price was fair and their professionalism gave us the confidence to award Pavertime the work. Their crew, led by Riccardo, was professional, courteous, and finished the work without delay. The quality of workmanship is stellar and the entire area drains perfectly. Pavertime transformed areas around our home that were unattractive and unusable into beautiful, clean spaces where we will make many great memories. We could not be more pleased!

Richard is honest, prompt, professional and friendly. I had a somewhat smaller job but he was happy to bid and do it. His bid was extremely reasonable. His crew were prompt and respectful of my time and property and did a beautiful job. The pavers were installed summer of 2022. After the first rain, I realized there was an issue with drainage from a gutter downspout and existing drain. Richard honored his guarantee of my satisfaction. The crew came back made modifications that were not in the original bid without any additional cost. I will use them again and highly recommend Pavertime.

Pavertime responded quickly with an estimate by Richard. The estimate was reasonable for the work planned. A crew led by Giovanni was assigned the work and in less than a week the job was completed. Giovanni is a true craftsman! We are very pleased with the job.

5 stars for Pavertime! We had new pavers added to our back patio and created a new sidewalk from the driveway to the back. Brian and his company went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that the job was done properly. They even recommended making changes in the drainage which we hadn't thought about. The working team was professional and obviously very experienced. They took great pride and care in their work and the end product proves that! Pavertime was great. Richard had a quick turnaround on the quote, which was quite competitive. After some delays due to bad weather, their team of guys came out and built us a beautiful paver patio. I had a vision of routing my downspouts under the patio and connecting to my existing drainage system, which pavertime was able to execute perfectly.

There was an area in the backyard that wouldn't grow grass. A couple of contractors come out and quoted, one was really exceptionally low but it was only going to be dug out 2 inches and concreted in. When Richard came out to quote, he took the time to go over the process and helped select the brick. They dug down 6 inches and back-filled with crushed granite and sand. They got it all prepped in one day and came back the next day to lay the Pavers. The team consisted of 3 people, Miguel, Santos and Orlando on day one. Day two was just Miguel, and Santos for the most part. Everyone, including Curt who came out was professional, nice, patient and friendly. The job is beautifully done and I couldn't have asked for more.

Bryan and his team did an amazing job on our wrap around walkway and a small landscaping retaining wall. Professional, clean, and great communication throughout the process. It’s such a nice addition. I wish we had done it years ago!

Pavertime came and did an EXCEPTIONAL job finishing our fireplace so that the stone went to the ceiling. They matched the stones perfectly, cut them with precision, and were very careful to not damage anything in our home during construction. Everyone was great at communicating and they got the job done in one day!

Pavertime replaced my old driveway with new pavers driveway and converted my walkway on the front of the house to a driveway, around 5000 sq ft. Bryan and his crew are simply phenomenal. Starting from getting the permit from the City Of Sugarland to cleaning up around the driveway after they finish was done in utmost professional manner. Bryan did this job as if he is doing his own driveway, sincere & thorough. I will highly recommend this company for big or small job.

They listened to us when we expressed concerns about the challenge of drainage on our patio and worked with us toward a solution. Bryan was prompt and communicative, as was the crew foreman and the crew. The work was done carefully with attention paid to detail. When we encountered an unexpected drainage problem a solution was quickly presented and work continued. I was very pleased with the final result and would hire them again for a future project.
