I lodged a complaint about the quality of the inspection on my property with Nick Sprouse in Jan. He promised to get back to me by last Friday 1/31 on my request for refund but not only that he never got back to me, he didn’t not return my calls after my 3 attempts to leave messages for him with their front desks. Nick is supposed to be their role mode for quality of customer service but you can judge for your self what is their true level of service when things go wrong. You better off picking a much cheaper competitor of theirs because whatever premium quality you thought you’ll get from them, you will receive none.

Owen did a fantastic job for our home warranty inspection. I followed him around and asked lots of questions during the process, and he was very knowledgeable in his responses. Overall, I am really pleased with the quality and thoroughness of the inspection. I would definitely recommend this service.

I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. They were available July 4th. The inspectors were prompt, thorough, and extremely detailed in their assessment. They provided a comprehensive report that highlighted all the key areas of concern.

I have used RedFish and more specifically Mr. Daniel Thacker for a few years now. I always trusted Daniel for taking care of inspecting my properties. He is very through, extremely detail oriented, and makes you feel that you are doing the walkthrough personally. His reports are very detailed, and he takes tons of pictures and videos, which is very helpful to get a clear idea of the property. I highly recommend using RedFish for your inspection needs, and you can ask to have Mr. Daniel Thacker to be your inspector when you schedule yours!

We are SO frustrated with Redfish home inspections. We bought a home and had it inspected by redfish Richard Lewis. What seemed like a thorough report with videos etc. Once we closed on home moved in to repaint rooms etc. The upstairs bathroom had a major leak to our downstairs. Our painter thank God caught it and opened up the ceiling to stop the massive leak. There was BLACK MOLD. Painter expressed there was no way they ran the water upstairs in that bathroom longer than a few minutes because when they turned it on they could hear the leak below. There was also a solid brick inside that same RR toilet that wasnt on inspection as inoperable toilet. We had to pay for the necessary repairs to the plumbing in that bathroom and the ceiling that was soaked. They also removed the BLACK MOLD that was sitting there for a WHILE! Mind you we just closed on that home days before. We were not living in it after painting and waiting on furniture purchased delivery. Our hired painters and contractors were a GODSEND by catching all this that redfish FAILED to do. Fast track to 3 days after fixing that leak and plumbing in RR. The upstairs AC unit started to leak through my child's wall and ceiling. The leak was so substantial the wall was MUSHY to touch installation inside was completely soaked and ceiling from AC leak. AC professional that was hired informed us that it was blocked and had to be unblocked or we will have continuous leaks and the unit itself wasnt in a good location that SHOULD HAVE been in home inspection. Plumber and AC BOTH said they were VERY surprised this was not picked up in inspection report. We called redfish after owning this home and told them our frustrations regarding things that were not picked up on inspection. Called MULTIPLE times. They kept telling us to file any discrepancies by sending all invoices of people we paid personally to repair the issues and all documentation videos pictures of leaks by grace of God our contractors and AC/Plumber took. We submitted that took several days of hearing every time I called we would send this over to Nick Sprouse manager. I had to leave a Google review in order to personally hear from Redfish manager Nick Sprouse on our case. He personally came to inspect our home no cost and checked for mold after all the leaks have been repaired on behalf of our guys we paid. He not only apologized for the things that were not picked up but told us the leak from AC unit upstairs through drywall had no mold indicated at his time of checking and safe to paint the water discoloration on wall and ceiling. That was MUSHY and you could visibly tell that the instalation inside the wall was soaked from leak. He told us the initial inspector was not a mold specialist so probably didnt notice water spots even minor to check thoroughly for mold. He told both my husband and I we would be taken care of and he would open the insurance claim himself. I specifically asked would we be compensated for the things we paid for on repairs that were NOT caught from 1st inspector by his company. He said yes file to insurance and he promised we would be taken care of. Weeks past and here we are today hearing from insurance that they are DENYING our claim. Nick told us to call and respute our disagreement and explain why. When I called insurance they informed us they did not get that information from Nick manager of redfish regarding our claim. When they spoke to him he told them completely different things then what he expressed to us in person by his own second inspection. We WOULD NOT recommend redfish for ANY home reliable inspection especially if you are interested in purchasing a home. I had to not only pay for all repairs on all the leaks that were not caught but also my children pediatricians for MOLD EXPOSURE. I am so beyond frustrated and disappointed that Redfish is not being honest with what they promise to take care of their customers when they mess up. That is not the case.
Be mindful before using this business before making a major purchase.
