I called B&B on a Wednesday at 9:00am, they were out by noon to look at my issue . They cleared and inspected my sewer pipe. No question it needed to be replaced. They were out at 9:30am on Friday, dug a trench 3-5’ deep and 55’ long. They worked all day in the pouring rain until the pipe was replaced. Pricing was very reasonable and they even applied the price of the camera inspection towards the price of the pipe replacement. I’m very impressed with this company, their quickness to respond and to get the job done. I would highly recommend them.

Where do I begin. They are honest. I will repeat- they are honest. They are knowledgeable. They are fast and they are polite. I had my foundation done several months ago, but I waited to see if any issues arose. I have not had any issues. They repaired my plumbing and my foundation in three days. The prices are more than fair. Make sure to move and plants if you are having any repairs done.I recommend. Ask for Angel

If your home warranty company schedules them for you do yourself a favor and request a different company to provide the service

This company can not communicate what’s going on, the closest appointments are always a week or so away
If you ever have a problem that’s urgent they will delay it way more than necessary

Jamaris came out because we had a washing machine hose clogged. He was very professional and very friendly. He made sure I knew what he was going to do before he did it.

Scott showed up on time was polite and knowledgeable, he shared tips how to handle the situation if it occurred again (leak stopped). Leak may be from the roof.

They said they would come between 8-12. At noon I called them. They said they had to reschedule for 2-6 but they hadn’t bothered to tell me that. At 6 pm I received a text saying that they were on their way but they never showed up.

Nick did a terrific job. He was even mice enough to clean out a drain for. I was extremely impressed with his service.
