Bill Smith was so helpful. We had a leak at the property while he was there, and while doing the inspection, he also went to his truck to grab towels and help us place our dehumidifier where a pipe leaked.

Paid for extra for next to nothing. *not checked * because not power ( turn on the switch) * no gas to check fireplace* ( then turn on the gas switch beside it. They missed so many issues that should be normal practice that i am 15k i stead of 1k on( that we know of). Do not use !!!!!!

I had José do my inspection. The report was very thorough and highlighted the main concerns of the home. Very happy with the service. I paid 450 for a home inspection, terminate inspection and foundation measurements.

Just bought a home, the inspector was very nice. We move in and he didn’t not advise that our laundry room had no dryer vent. I’m not going to notice that. So, they covered it getting fixed. No complaint there. He told us our A/C was good and it’s not. We are having to get it replaced. Now our plumbing is all backed it due to insufficient piping, which should have been caught as well (regardless of not being plumbers). We are looking at about 10000 dollars of missed items after being told it’s all good. If you do use these people, be sure to double and triple check.

You better pray to God you do not get this inspection company when selling your home. These guys almost cost by buyers to walk. They picked everything. This is not a brand new house. The things they came up with on the seawall was ridiculous. It took weeks to have other companies to come out to look at the seawall and it was just fine. horrible company made me stress out and the buyers for nothing. And you are not a professional HVAC contractor and you’re not an electrician and you’re definitely no expert seawalls. I would mention the inspector‘s name, but I’m trying to be kind which is very difficult for me. Horrible company!

Sellers and buyers should be cautious. The buyers hired this company to inspect our home, and our experience was not positive. The inspection report included multiple findings that seemed unreasonable or exaggerated compared to the actual condition of the property.
In addition to the questionable notes on the report, the inspectors damaged our hot water faucet, left several outlets not functioning, and failed to close windows before leaving. These are issues we discovered only after they were gone, which caused inconvenience and additional repairs on our end.
We understand inspections are meant to be thorough, but we believe professionalism and care for the property should also be a priority. We’re sharing our experience so others can be aware and make informed choices when selecting an inspection company or reviewing inspection reports.

Richard Lewis is a very informative and knowledgeable inspector. He goes above and beyond by arriving early for inspection, informing us what to watch out for while living at home e.g. signs of foundation or structural problem, etc. He also explains to us really well his findings. Overall, I would recommend Richard and Redfish Inspection to future home owners.

We are very disappointed with this inspection. As buyers we were not satisfied with the results. There were deficiencies and areas that need to be corrected that were completely missed and it became clear afterward that the job was not done thoroughly. Drains were not checked properly, which is a basic part of home inspection.
What makes this experience more frustrating is that we have used Redfish Home Inspection multiple times in the past and were satisfied with their work. Unfortunately this inspection felt haphazardly done and it did not meet the standard we previously experienced. Overall we are UNsatisfied and would not rely on this inspection based on our most recent experience

I’ve seen a couple of reviews where after submitting a claim they won’t accept responsibility for something they mess up. The same happened to us. We filed receipts, pictures, and videos, then we received the email from Demi DiFerdinando denying any liability. Be careful!! They charge us $1,300 for a “comprehensive inspection” in which we already spent more than $8,000 in repairs for they messing up.

Jose F. Was very thorough with my 1 yr. home inspection. He pointed out areas that need to be addressed and monitored. He was professional and respectful of the property. I would recommend Redfish and Jose. Bonus, I had the report within an hour of the completed inspection.

The inspector, Robert Ramirez, was very thorough and did an excellent job. The report we received was very detailed and we now know what to have the builders fix. Robert was easy to work with, very responsive, and answered all our questions.
