Just finish a full package inspection with this company and the experience was really great. from phase 1 to phase 3 of building the house they were there ready to go anytime you get the schedule when you can do the 3rd party inspection.

Easy to reach you can reschedule anytime to your convenience, you just need to call their customer support and they will change the schedule for you.

Phase 1 (before laying down the foundation) and Phase 2 ( before covering walls with drywall) Robert Ramirez was the inspector, he walked me through everything he saw and explained to me why he needs to write it off so builder can repair accordingly, also gave me tips what to look at once we moved in the house, he also got the reports on time and on detail so we can send it immediately to the PM and get the recommendations done before moving forward.

Phase 3 (final inspection before closing) Steven Wichkoski was the inspector. We did the inspection for about five hours and let me hover around and also walked me through everything he saw. goes through every corner of the house and did everything by the books and did not cut corners. Shows how they take care of their customers, got the report in time and in a really detailed breakdown so builder will not miss a thing with the recommendations and deficiencies found.

Over all great experience with this and will recommend them specially for first time home owners like us.

Jose was friendly, wonderful and very informative. My realtor and I booked Redfish due to my realtor having good experiences and they inspect new builds. We booked the Ultra package because we wanted to EVERYTHING. We wanted to see the foundation condition , sewer/sewer line, and lawn irrigation system. The service was fast and the detailed. Jose arrived at 1pm and we received the written report at 5pm ON THE SAME DAY! We will definitely be using Redfish for our 1 year inspection.

Five stars for Inspector Robert! Our inspector, Robert Ramirez, was incredibly professional, kind, and knowledgable through the entire inspection process. As a first time home buyer, he helped me understand everything he was looking at and everything going in the report. From the very beginning, Anne was extremely helpful when I called to ask about scheduling and the inspection process. She answered all of my questions, explained the different inspection packages clearly, and never once made me feel pressured to choose a specific option.

Stephen came out to perform the inspection and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and took the time to walk me through what he was seeing while he inspected the home. He explained things clearly and was very patient with the questions I had along the way.

The online inspection report was also very detailed and easy to follow, which made it simple to understand the findings and next steps.

Overall, it was a very professional and smooth experience from start to finish. I would absolutely use Redfish Inspections again and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection.
