Nick of SAP was brilliant--friendly, efficient, professional, and excellent at what he does. I'd definitely call them (and ask for Nick!) again.

I had a clogged drain everyone that I called informed me the earliest they could come would be Monday...This was on a Sat I had drainage backing up in my toilets, bathtub, and shower...I contacted SAP and they informed me within 24hrs they would have some come out....I was pleased when I received phone call Monday morning informing me that some was on there was😊😊 The technician (JAM) arrived and assured me that I need not worry he would fix my clog drain and he kept his word I was so grateful for this and Thanked him he smiled and told me to enjoy the rest of my day...I would definitely recommend SAP...Thanks to the SAP and JAM for getting me out a jam lol

Called out for wood rotted floor. Keon was very nice. Very professional. Worked quickly and reassured me (first time home buyer so I'm a little frantic). Even cleaned up after himself

I would not recommend this company based on its responsiveness. The company failed to contact me back about my plumbing concerns. I had to call them after 48 hours, and then I was informed it would take one week for someone to come out to my residence.

Scott was phenomenal, actually early & extremely professional. Actually cleaned by bathroom after repairing my toilet! Nice job would recommend them to everyone!

Great Service, extremely professional. They checked one issue that we were seeing with the house on the shower, provided excellent recommendations on how to address it. Will definitely consider them for any future issues with the house.

Professional, courteous, and respectful of the home and owner. Wore protective coverings in the home such as shoe coverings, gloves etc. I did appreciate the sensitivity without having to request! Actually made a run to Home Depo to get the job done correctly! Thank you, so appreciated.

If I could I would give them ZERO stars. Have been having problems with a clogged sink. Someone said they could be here in four days(2 business days) and would be here between 4-6. They came AN HOUR early when no one was home. When I called, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then had to leave a message and no one called me back. It’s been 3 days. Completely ridiculous. Save your time and money.

Nick was the most professional and timely person I have dealt with in a long time. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it immediately. He informed me of everything he was doing, step by step. I would recommend Nick to my family and friends.

SAP was AMAZING! In crisis with busted water pipes SAP showed up and saved the day. Fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and competent! Our technician was the BEST! Literal life saver. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! AAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++

The technician/Nik, was amazing! He had to customize a drip pan for my washer in my laundry room located upstairs, he was determined to get things right in record time! I'm soooooo appreciative of his professionalism, expertise, and timeliness!!!

I had SAP come out to look at my garbage disposal in February. They said there was a penny stuck in it. they "Tried" for 30 minutes to get it but but said it would not come out. They happened to have a new one on their truck and for $225 they could replace it. I said no. Yesterday my son in law looked in and in 45 seconds the penny came out. I called SAP and told them and they could care less. I paid $75 for Nothing.

SAP just completed a successful repair of a leaky toilet. Scott was highly professional and courteous. He performed the work very quickly. I would rate his services as A++.

Requested a toilet tank replacement as it was cracked. This was in the guest room even with very little use. The two very young men that came smelled so bad of cigarettes! The verified it was cracked then reported it due to ‘not normal wear abs tear’ and wanted $489 to replace. Now this tank was made by Vortens in 2011 - 2012 and he model, per their website and in speaking to them had a recall on these because of a manufacturers defect. You would think a plumbing would know that! I even spoke to them abd told them abd gave them the website to look up!!! That call cost $100. The tank itself fir me to replace was $36.9 abs Vortens will reimburse me. These people were wrong, very wrong in their ridiculous diagnosis!!!!

The guys came out and quickly saw what the problem was, received parts from my home warranty company, and set an install date. Jamaris and his partner replaced the water heater in a quick and professional manner and we are back in business. Thanks again guys.

I had questions regarding the installation of a Water Heater by their Co. and accessibility to other appliances. Technician gave me informed responses and I felt assured there would be no problems in the future with the equipment nor accessibility to the other appliances. Excellent job, I was extremely pleased.

Went out of way twice to find correct part for water heater to ensure it was fixed today. Very friendly and professional staff. Could have made my request more of a priority when making appointment date originally. They had someone come out 4 days later which was 4 days without hot water!

Horrible company, unprofessional and untrustworthy. This company was hired through our home warranty. Not only they made multiple mistakes in their communication, cancelled the appointment on us, went to a wrong address and again cancelled the appointment, wasted a lot of our time, have rude and condescending employees, they also couldn’t install a water heater in the period of three weeks because they kept on installing it wrong and making the existing issue even worse. We will be pursuing legal action against this company. Would not recommend to get involved with such unprofessional and unqualified contractors to anyone.

The company lies and posts under every bad review that it is not their verified customer. This company’s positive reviews are fake and they deny any wrongdoings. I have all the documentation to prove that I indeed was their customer and that they did a horrible job.

Stay away from this company and save your time and money.

American Home Shield Insurance company assigned this Contractor for Water heater replacement. This company is horrible and people are extremely greedy. They charged me $683 for code upgrade even though 4 months ago other AHS contractor ( Sewer Medic) replaced the first water heater and did the identical job and charged me only $ 125. In the modification they added unnecessary work items and prices. I report this issue to AHS and let's see how well AHS will investigate the issue. I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience. Customer Service is very non-professional.

Keane arrived peomptly. He wore booties and mask inside. he quickly assessed our problem, replaced our disposal and had us back up and running in less than 30 minutes. He was polite and showed me how to register the warranty. Great job!! Great employee
