I googled this company to get a price. They were very helpful over the phone and answered all my questions, I had a lot. The pricing was fair and comparable to what I’ve already been quoted. I will definitely call them back once I’m ready to move forward.

If we could give 10 stars we would.

My wife and I walked in to LM Tile not knowing what to look for.
Our house was hit by Harvey and we were going through a complete remod, so of course we were overwhelmed.
The manager asked us a few questions pertaining to our likings, and made 4 suggestions.
Each one was perfectly fit to match our home and now the hardest part was deciding on which of the 4 we wanted.
Once we finally decided, we were able to finance the job at %0 interest. We were only to do the kitchen and bathrooms, as the bedrooms were to have carpet, but we love it so much when the job was completed, We decided Not to do carpet and to do the rest of our home in tile. We are so pleased to have found LM tile. My wife and are always looking to support local business and this is the reason why. They are always willing to please the customer. They listen to what you want and make it happen, and they treat you like family.
I will refer them to anyone who will listen. Thank you LM tile for the great workmanship. We truly are blessed.

LM Tile has great selection of building materials needed for flooring, carpet, household renovations and home improvement projects. Alex Halis, who is the owner of this place is very helpful, communicative and responsive to customer's needs. Alex also has good taste, when he takes a look at customer premises and what's needed, he recommends his selections. Most of the times in my case his suggestions really turned out to look good at the end once work was completed. I like the place not only because of its quality materials but also quality workforce that Alex sends, hence my 5 star recommendation.

Alex and his crews recently redid the entire house in wood look tile and recarpeted the bedrooms. Prior to getting any quotes, we had picked out wood look tile and were very happy with the color and size. Alex's store had a great selection and we ended up finding something there we liked even better and the material cost was the same. His quote came in a the lowest of 3. One of the other flooring companies advertised 50/50/50 percent discount on removal/material/labor and used high pressure sales tactics to get us to put down an immediate deposit despite having a limited selection and quoting $1k more.
Alex quoted job start in about 1 week and 2 weeks job to finish the job. He ended up calling me back in 2 days and the tile and carpet crews finished the job in the quoted time working around the Christmas break. The both crews were very efficient and professional. The house looks amazing now.

We originally used LM Tile to do flooring on the first story of our home and in our bathrooms as well as to update our master bathroom, which turned out great. That was in 2016. Since we had a good experience the first time we decided to use them to remodel our kitchen in May 2021. Unfortunately, this recent experience was not the same or even close. The work was supposed to be completed in 2-3 weeks and carried over into 2 months, which I'm not too concerned about since it's a whole remodel and things come up. Where I take issue with this experience is the lack of communication, the numerous people coming in and out to do different parts of the remodel, and the incomplete outcome. I attempted to communicate my concerns but they were ignored; however, when it was time to collect money, I magically heard from Alex. On top of that, to spend as much as we did for a kitchen, I expected top notch work, but fell quit short of that. I'm completely dissatisfied with the work and mostly dissatisfied with the lack of effort to rectify the situation. Needless to say, we will never use this company again.

We had Alex and his team at LM install wood-look porcelain tile floors throughout our entire house in February 2015. Google just reminded me of my review, so I decided to provide an update. Six years later, the floors still look amazing! No issues at all and we LOVE them. We are so happy we went with LM Tile for our flooring installation!

I went into the store 3 times. I was planning to have two rooms and large closet tiled.
The two men I talked to were pleasant and I chose the tile I liked. I also asked for a quote on a tile that would need to be ordered.
No one ever came to measure. I went to the store again thinking we miscommunicated. Made arrangements for measuring again. No calls or efforts made.
Wondering what is going on there?! Do they really sell flooring? Odd

We recently moved into a home with carpeting that my children were allergic to. Alex came the same night I called him and the install began the next day. Alex is reasonably priced and responds timely.

I was a bit worried about letting people into my home to install flooring while I was out of town. BUT his team was fast and in 2 days they did the entire upstairs. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up nicely.

Very happy with the outcome and quality. Best of all, children woke up without allergies! Thank you.

This was a referral company from my coworker and although the pricing was out of my budget I would definitely use them once I’m ready. My coworker had nothing but good things to say and after talking to them, I can see why she was so happy with them

So my house caught fire a few weeks ago… So I was looking for someone to repair and restore remodel our kitchen…My claim Is paid in full by my insurance company… So I went by there cause I want to go to a local place check the mail gave them. My phone number. Gave them my address all of my contact information. I was told by two people, a lady and a guy that someone would come out and meet me on whatever day we specified. I believe it was the owner came by my house. I feel like about a week or two later after I returned saying hey, is somebody still coming? On the phone, he took some pictures and then he left. Another two weeks bye I don’t hear one thing so I stopped by again… I say the owner or the guy in charge came by my house a few weeks ago he said that he was gonna write up an estimate and you know email it to me or call me back contact me that has not happened… But I understand you know people are busy maybe they have a lot of projects. I’m doing my best to have understanding…. And mind you I’m not living in my home anymore. I’m living in a Airbnb. Has been removed from my home…. So I go buy one more time the guy assures me someone’s gonna call you someone’s gonna email you that was about five days ago… Nobody contact me… Crazy part is the insurance is paying for the total kitchen restoration, remodel, and everything! Plus my husband and I had decided we would pay to just go ahead and remodel our theater room and both bathrooms…And we would’ve had them do it because they’re local…and we like to support my community business owners, but I can’t do it... At the very least, call and say we’re not gonna be able to accommodate you because we have way too much to do or too many clients or can you give us some more time? They didn’t even think of me and my husband or my family to at least call me back…I would never use them for these reasons… No one was mean or disrespectful. They just didn’t care about earning our business… I guess…We have a small business and would have recommended them to our friends and family. 😕

Spoke to Alex about redoing the tile in my kitchen and they are working within my budget. I am looking forward to my new kitchen this summer. Thank you LM tile for making it easy for me.

I called to get some pricing for my moms bathroom. I wanted to surprise her for Mother’s Day. The pricing was pretty fair. We’re gonna make plans to do it in the next 30 days.

Met with them in the office, affordable payments. Will definitely consider them.

LM Tile did my entire kitchen. I had gone shopping around this area for flooring because I just moved here from California. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner Alex. I am extremely picky and he was very Patient as I made my selections. I showed him a picture of the granite that I really wanted but he didn't have it in the yard. He assured me he could get it for me and he did. I was able to select all my slabs. The part I was nervous about was the installation. Back in California I remodeled my entire house and the installation was a disaster. It's took five days from start to finish. They did my kitchen cabinetry and flooring. The finish was amazing. His crew was friendly and very efficient. They even cleaned up after they were finished I will definitely be coming back to finish my entire house and backyard with Alex. I will recommend them to everyone I know in Houston. I just want to think LM tile for the wonderful and pleasant experience I had.

We really loved this place from selecting the flooring till finishing the job. It took 2-3 weeks for the whole process but now the house looks really great.
Alex was a great guy and replied to our texts very promptly and also showed up at our house to look at the work done and to answer questions we had. Flooring guys also did a great job, moved the furniture for us and put it back when they were done.
Really recommend this place, they also had better pricing and material.

We just had Alex and LM Tile install porcelain wood-look tile floors throughout our entire house and they are GORGEOUS. Alex's crew - Hector and David - did an incredible job. They started when we needed them to and finished a day earlier than promised. Their work was sheer perfection! Alex came recommended to me from someone I trust, but then I saw a couple of negative reviews and got worried. My friend reassured me and I called some of Alex's other references who were very happy with his work. I ultimately went with my gut and hired him - I'm so glad I did. Alex gave us a great price, had excellent communication before and during the process and our floors are stunning! We couldn't be happier. The only two super minor issues we had were that Hector and David bent one of our window screens and when replacing doors after tiling, switched two of the doors. We brought it to Alex's attention, and he said he would make sure those items were taken care of. I have no doubt he will since he has fulfilled every promise he has made to us, but if not, I will let you know!

I called and spoke with Alex about getting my kitchen updated. We are going to work on the financing part and hopefully once I’m approved I can schedule the work. I’m reviewing the estimate visit for now. Thank you LM Tile.
