Jam came to service my home for plumbing issue and he has superb professionalism, on time, and resolved the issues in a timely manner. He was very detailed, understood the issue immediately and went to work to fix. I recommend him any day for plumbing work with S.A.P.

Plumbing service under American Home Shield. These company lacks both integrity and common decency in respect to other people's time. Took off work twice for tech to come fix the toilets that needed a part ordered. No call no show. We had to call home shield warranty since SAP never answers their phones, I'm assuming they are aware of the subpar service they render and go great lengths to avoid talking to people on phone. The second time they were to come complete the service they never completed (but marked complete) they neityer showed up nor called to update us. We called Home shield for an update only yo find out part still wasn't in, well why did you reschedule your techs to come to my home knowing part wasn't in yet?! Inconveniencing my entire household and what not? Common decency.

I had contracted them through AHS to fix the leaking faucets. After changing the cartridges, the technician reported that the tiles needed to be pulled off to fix the leaking faucets and an apparent constriction. The technician demanded almost $500 for the services.

The issue was the leaky faucet and had no problem with the constriction in the pipe. When i went for a second opinion, it was a simple fix and it took about 10 mins to diagnose and fix the problem.

Incorrect diagnosis and unqualified technician. They are a rip off.

We had some plumbing issues and American Homesheild sent out Scott Personette with SAP Home Repair Services. Scott was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable gentlemen. Scott goes above and beyond and doesn't take any short cuts. Manager Jackie made sure that we were taken care of with our parts getting to us, during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This company works through American Home Shield. The Home Warranty Scam Company. Horrible Horrible service if i could give them less than a star i would. Please in your best interest do not patronize. Sent Sean to my house on 11/27/18 to repair faucets and toilet. This idiot makes a determination that my toilet was not operating due to excessive force. This is their new scam to avoid repairing items under the warranty homeowners paid them for. He then offered me side deal to repair it for $350. I guess based on his CSI experience because it was not. Maybe it was lack of expertise or failure to finish high school. Most probably because he is dishonest. He notified my warranty company of this erroneous conclusion, who has refused to repair it based on that determination. So Barney Fife won't ruin your day . Don't call three stooges Home repair, better known as SAP. They never repaired anything. Sent him on his way. Called company, they offered to send someone else out. I couldn't chance another time-wasting ridiculous experience. Didn't say if he would be reprimanded. Best result, don't patronize. This company does not appreciate its customer's business and is not a customer oriented business.. I asked to speak to owner, they said not available, general manager, not available and did not give me owners or GM's name. This is a good indication that they don't care about their customers. Years ago major stores like Sears and Montgomery Wards were known for customer service as they valued returning customers. Now. businesses like this one want your money but withhold the thank yous & customer service and could care less if you trade with them again. The above company and American Home Shield Home warranties are. working togethet scamming customers.who have paid for home repair warranties.

Armando at SAP, has done a outstanding job, we were tired 😫 of hearing the water from the tub running. He new from experience what the problem was, and explained it. He also explained somewhere down the line the complete fixture may have to be changed out do to the age and ware and tair. Before that time comes, i will recommend to American Home Shield to be the company to come and do the full service through SAP. I appreciate him getting out the truck wareing face covering and understanding it, in this critical time we're all going through. Thanks Armando and SAP for your services. 🙂

My home warranty company sent this company to fix my leaking pipe. Scott cut my electric wire when he cut the sheet rock to fix the pipe leak.
I told him I had no electricity in the room where he cut the wire. He said he would have the electric wire repaired. I called SAP and informed them that I did not have electricity in my breakfast room. After me calling them many times they made an appointment for Scott to come with an electrician to repair the wire. He never showed up and he would not answer the phone nor return my phone call. This company is very unprofessional.

Update: If I could give zero stars I would. Company response is a lie. I was never told I could get some one else to make repairs and they would reimburse me. The date was not mixed up. No one showed up. I made an appointment after the mold was removed.

I absolutely hate writing bad reviews because I know how important reviews are to a company so you know that if I'm taking the time to write this I am extremely dissatisfied and very disappointed with this company and American Home Shield. I was sold a water heater through this company for a repair that American Home Shield was unable to warranty. No problem, I figured my water heater was old and worn out anyhow. First issue, I asked to have a 50 gallon installed in place of the 40 gallon and was told it wasn't going to be a issue. I agreed to the extra cost, it was only $100. Well on install day after being without hot water for over a week now we're told the water heater will not fit and they would have to come back another day. I'm not very happy about this because I was told by the first guy who "took measurements" that I had plenty of space. The installer/plumber decides to call the warehouse and finds another brand that will work and is a 50 gallon and they can return same day. I'm like great, thank you so much. They leave and return but did not mention they actually returned with a totally different brand than offered as a replacement. This third water heater is a totally different brand that has horrible online reviews but it wasn't mentioned that we weren't getting what we agreed to until after the installation was completed. We went from a Rheem to a Bradford White but had a AO Smith installed with faulty parts. Also it's a 40 gallon not the 50 we paid for. This water heater will not stay lit for more than a week or so and has to be relit quite often. I am disabled and have to have my son go up to the attic to do this because SAP wanted to charge me $300 to come back out to re-light the pilot. After finally dealing with these people and this issue for months they agree to come out and contact AO Smith for a replacement part. Another week goes by without hot water before they come back to install a part that was shipped overnight. Here we are another week later after the replacement part was installed and we are without hot water again. Contacting these people is a pain. They never return phone calls and it takes multiple attempts to reach someone. Now they want me to wait an additional week before they can come out again. I will not be recommending these people to anyone. 1 star is actually too much for this horrible service.

It’s not my first time using SAP Services, LLC. I used them once in 2019 to repair my kitchen sink and was 100% satisfied with their professionalism both times (came one day to assess the problem and came back the next day to repair, as I needed a new faucet).
My home warranty company sent out another company yesterday to take care of a broken pull on the spout in my bathroom. Instead of fixing it, the technician told them some lie about force being used (instead of normal wear and tear), so my warranty company didn’t fix it. I called my warranty company to let them know my issue, so they said they’ll send out a technician from a different company for a second opinion.
SAP Services, LLC sent out JaMarr or Jamarius. He arrived on time, and was wearing a mask and show covers. He went to the bathroom and it took him only a minute or so to assess the problem and come up with a solution. He left for a few minutes to get the part. Once he was back with the part, it took him maybe 5ish minutes to fix it.
My mom even liked him, and she’s hard to make happy 😃

The technician arrived a few minutes early which was a pleasant surprise as all other companies arrive at the end of the appointment window and work later than expected. He was very polite and friendly and completed the work faster than I anticipated. Everything about SAP Services is top-notch; they responded promptly and are very professional.

They were assigned to us by our home warranty company. On Day1 came and told the issue was not related to plumbing but a gap in the sink. Turned out to be incorrect and water was leaking from the dishwasher. I called and told. Contractor was specifically told to be not sent before 2 as I had meetings. Just dropped in at 11 AM, came inside and said that this needs a reorder, let me put in a comment so that you don't get charged back for same thing. He was actually just sent as they are required to do so by American Home Shield. He already knew he was coming just to close the request. When I checked, the case was closed and I was billed 100 dollars and their call center said pay another 100 for the service.. So I'm going to dispute the charge, gave one rating via american home shield and this rating for other to see. Thanks!

My aunt hired this company to replace broken pipes that were damaged due to the recent winter storm. The technician left the job incomplete and no one has called her yet to rectify this situation. He patched up the pipes, turned on the water and leaks started to immediately seep through. He then said it would be an additional $200+ to fix the remaining issues. When she asked for him to fix it, he said he did not have the materials to do so. He never turned the water back off even though he knew the pipes were still broken. He also did not replace the insulation and said the water would absorb itself which didn't make any sense to me. I feel like this company took advantage during her time of need and she lost $575! I do NOT recommend their services. Since they now want to say this is a false claim, I am updating this review with the receipt which includes the date.

The plumber we were assigned installed an RV faucet in our kitchen (instead of an actual kitchen faucet).

When my husband asked him about the low water pressure (it was just a trickle of water), he pretended to get something from his truck and left. He just drove away without saying a word! We still had another plumbing issue he was supposed to fix and he didn't even look at the problem. HE JUST LEFT and marked our job as complete.

I can't get in touch with anyone from the company about it. I'm so frustrated. We have been dealing with them for two weeks!

First American Home Warranty assigned this company to us ... AVOID THEM.

    **Update!**

The second job we had was a clogged toilet, which SAP was going to charge us nearly $400 to fix (they claimed they needed to remove the toilet and use a sewer machine). A new contractor was assigned to our case. He arrived today and fixed both problems in under 30 minutes. No toilet removal necessary.

    SAP was scamming us.

Keane arrived on time and was super professional. He diagnosed the leak and walked me through required repair. I highly recommend SAP for any plumbing issues you have. They are the best. This is the second repair they have completed at my home for two separate issues. Both fixes were high quality work!

I wish I would have asked for the names of the plumbers who completed our repair today so I could give a huge shout-out to them. These guys were called to give us a second opinion after the first company totally lied to American Home Shield about our repair. These awesome guys from SAP were honest, efficient, friendly & knowledgeable. It’s a plus they aren’t afraid to do a hard job, like too many others. THANK YOU so much for helping us!!!

Used SAP Home Repair Services to replace old water heater. Sent me a text with a tracking app saying they were on their way. They arrived earlier than promised. Scott P., the owner, was straightforward , affordable and professional. Hence the name- SAP Home Repair Services. He and Jordan installed the new water heater, installed a new shut off valve, and brought plumbing up to code. They were at my home about an hour and took my old water heater with them. Will use them again.

Update: After my original post the owner himself came out to my home to resolve this issue with my faucet and insured he would address how things transpired internally. I am pleased with this outcome and have great appreciation and respect for how this was handled.

I previously rated this service as a one star but will be updating to 3 and possibly higher after I received a direct call from the owner. He is addressing the issue himself and we have plans to rectify the issues. I greatly appreciate that simple call and look forward to working through this ordeal.

Seems as if this contractor has a history of not finishing jobs. I was assigned SAP from my home warranty company and this has been the worst experience ever. So bad that I am considering changing from my home warrant company. The technician missed their scheduled window to replace my faucet then reported that I missed the appointment when I already inconveniently rearranged my appointments for the day. The technician did not call as indicated nor did I receive a call back to reschedule after messages were left. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. This is simple stuff!

LM Tile was recommended by 2 of my neighbors so i decided to give them a try. Bought tile and had it delivered. Some boxes had broken pieces. They were suppose to pick up Monday. Did not show up nor received a call. I had to call owner and he confirmed delivery Tuesday. Material was picked up but still had a couple broken boxes. Decided to go pick up my self to avoid any other issues. Owner was suppose to come to my house to quote on kitchen cabinets and counter tops and never showed up the 2 times appt was rescheduled. No call to cancel both times. Very poor customer service and lack of communication. Will not purchase from here again.

I had my floors done two weeks ago and I love them. My house looks completely different, the floor choice was perfect and I am happy with Francisco who was always nice and did a great, great job. I would absolutely use LM Tile in the future. The only "issue" that we had was that originally we set a date to start and then they changed it, that's why I'm giving them 4 stars. I would've given them 5 otherwise.

I had wood floors put in my house by LM Tile and they were great to work with Alex the owner was great he came by the house helped me and my wife pick out colors of new wood and then from there I was curious how the process would go but Alex was there every step of the way and a pleasure to work with. My wife was extremely happy and floors looked great I would 110% recommend LM Tile to friends and family.

We contacted several contractors to update our shower LT Tile was the only company to follow through with an estimate. The crew were very professional. They explained the process as the project was being completed. We are very pleased and will use LM Tile for future projects. I 100% recommended this company.
