My father passed away the day before Thanksgiving. He was the pastor of a church in Houston. I engaged SERVPRO, because of service received at a previous employer. I inquired if they would clean my daddy's church. The team was empathic and guided me on the best options as this was not a restoration project - but a "top to bottom" clean in preparation for my fathers remembrance services.

The assigned team was not only early, they arrived before a member of the church was available to grant access. After 8 hours of work - a member of the leadership called to confirm the work was completed as I expected.

Lastly and most important to share...I overheard a parishioner share..."this church looks like it did when built 10 years ago".

A huge thank you to the SERVPRO team for taking on this important and emotional project.

We appreciate the fast & efficient service provided by Hendrick Palmer and his team. They responded quickly on a Sunday evening and quickly mitigated the water issues from a leak inside the house.

Robert and the team did a fantastic job. They were timely and professional

I have been away from home for a few weeks and my son went to check on things pick up my mail. He discovered water running out and through the ceiling. There was two large gapping holes in two separate rooms and water spots on the ceiling in other rooms. Water traveled to every room, except the master bedroom under the hardwood floors. I called Servipro and they sent Palmer Hendrick out the next day to start the demo. Palmer was able come the same day, but I had to find someone to meet him at the house to let him inside the home. Palmer has called me everyday to keep me informed of the procedures being preformed, damages found, and has sent me pictures. Unfortunately, I have not been able to meet Palmer in person, but he is very personable and professional. I recommend this company for anyone looking for fast and professional services for water damage remediation.

Hendrick was fantastic he explained everything and did a wonderful job drying out my property ad came on time throughout the drying process and I would recommend Servpro to anyone in the time of need

I had a water leak in my bedroom & bathroom. Servpro South Houston came out within a couple of hours & began drying my carpets, walls & furniture. Hendrick Palmer did an excellent job! He went the extra mile to help me. They removed the baseboards with little damage and left their equipment for four days to complete the drying process. Highly recommend them.
