This company's services provided by their After-Fire Restoration Crew was absolutely phenomenal & I would highly recommend using ServPro to anyone facing a similar situation! We had a kitchen fire on a Saturday night and after speaking to our insurance company on Sunday morning, within a couple of hours, Richard from Serpro was at our house assessing the situation even though it was his day off!! He was very detailed in explaining how the process would go and very patiently answered all the million questions my husband and I had.

Hendricks and Jose arrived fast, assessed the problem, found an additional problem and took care of that also .They brought in fans and dehumidifier. Couple days and we are dry, very professional, answered all my questions. If you have a leak call these guys first. They do damage, leak, and repair too with their other team. We were approached by another company way higher and they don't do repair.

Hendrick Palmer was the best of the best. He facilitated the water removal which was the result of a broken pipe. I would not hesitate to call him for any future work.
