I first met Trey at VCS just under 20 years ago now, as I was a developer who rehabbed properties. I stopped to look at a project that had just been completed that caught my eye, and I was super impressed. When I drove back by, I stopped to talk with the people in the front yard and asked, "Who was your contractor?" The people were the VCS team lead by Trey the owner.
VCS became my new contractor, and things were done right. My rehabs were a success. The world has changed since then, and it is much harder to get workers to show when they say they will etc., but VCS does get the job done, and when it is done, it is great.

Trey has done a lot of work for me personally as well as many of my clients. He remodeled my kitchen and did a partial remodel on a bathroom before I sold my last house. It went so smoothly! His trades showed up when he said they would, and the work was impeccable. It made the sale of my house a breeze! Trey is currently handling my office move and finish out at my new location. Like every other project he has done for me, it is going exceedingly well! Trey presents quotes that are accurate and complete - in my experience, many other general contractors do not take the same sort of care in the bid process. I have never had a surprise. His trades have worked with him for a long time, and they are skilled, friendly and trustworthy, I have never had a concern about them being in my home or office.

I have a number of clients who have done remodels with Trey, I have seen the results and I have sold homes that he worked on. The work has been great and the inspections on those homes have reflected the high quality of his work.

We have used VCS for almost 20 years. Trey has replaced flooring, redone all three bathrooms, redid the stucco on the exterior of our home and redone our swimming pool including the concrete deck, coping, tile and plaster. We have always been more than satisfied with his work.

We trusted VCS Construction with two of our homes - one a cosmetic overhaul prior to sale and the second a complete transformation from sub-flooring to rooftop. If you are looking for a trustworthy contractor that can execute on your vision for a transformed space in your home at a reasonable price, then VCS Contruction and Remodeling owned by Trey Seiter is the right company for the job! We did not need an architect for this project as Trey knew exactly what we wanted and he provided excellent suggestions. Our Primary bathroom had not been updated since the house was built in 1982 and the first picture depicts the original bathroom space. We opened up the area by eliminating the tub and existing shower and we created a walk-in shower without a shower door with a step-over entrance. The shower floor was constructed by forming a custom-made shower pan and the walls were installed using a man-made non-porous quartz surface that is easy to clean and maintain along with a glass enclosure with a stabilizer bar. In addition, 2 double inserts for shampoos, conditioners and razors were custom built out of the quartz material. Finally, since this was our age-in-place bathroom, we installed 6 designer grab bars bolted into the walls (complete with 2" x 6" backer boards) that could function as towel bars. The fur down over the shower was eliminated and new lighting was installed including recessed LED cannister lights over the shower and vanity along with an exhaust fan. The shower valve was relocated to the side of the shower for easy access using PEX piping. The door entering the toilet area was removed and the entrance was enlarged for easy access. The VCS crew was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. The pictures of the final product are included in this review and we are extremely happy with our new Primary bathroom!

Trey quickly put together a bid and completed the project on time and on budget. The tradesman were professional. I needed a no drama high quality execution and that’s what I got!
