I needed an emergency appointment. The person in the office was very polite and courteous. I was given a specific time window for the appointment.
The technician Franklin arrived at the time that was discussed. He was very thorough and polite. He quickly found the problem and noticed a couple of items that were not to a current code.
He was very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. He made all the necessary repairs and also brought our main electric box to the latest code at a reasonable price. I signed an annual membership with this company. This gives a 15% discount on all the repairs. It also qualifies for an annual safety inspection free of charge.
I really appreciate the service provided by Franklin and the company in general.
I will recommend it to my friends and family.

Brandon is the most thorough and professional electrician we had the pleasure of meeting. He explained in detail all the things wrong and dangerous with the equipment we were using. Not one other electric company/electrician commented about our out-dated and illegal power box, generator wiring and other outlets.
