Mr. Electrical send Mr Robert and his team (also named Robert) and they did a great job, took the time to explain to me the issues, showed me the items that needed repair after the inspection, documented with photos and provided all the options and even advice in additional electrical repairs I was planning (outlet replacement).

William did a fantastic job with the entire service from start to finish. We needed an EV home charger installed and he began with a safety evaluation and thoroughly explained and broke down each part of the inspection, services offered and quote for the EV charger and other services that came up from the safety check. He completed the agreed upon work in a few short hours and took the time to show me how everything worked and provided details about the services completed. Mr. Electric earned my business today as a long term customer. I highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience with Mr. Electric, specifically with electricians from the Midtown office, William and Sam, who were later joined by Juan, an apprentice. They came in the morning, on a Friday, to assess the installation of an electric car charger and, as we anticipated from when we first moved in several years ago, discovered that our breaker box needed an upgrade. By the end of the day, they had completely redone our breaker box—efficiently and professionally.

Even the public works inspector who came by today, Monday, complimented the quality of their work, noting it was perfectly up to code. The job was done with such care and expertise that the benefits truly outweigh the cost. It's a worthwhile investment for the betterment of our home, and I highly recommend their services!

I had an electrical outlet issue at my house this past weekend. I went on the Angi app and opened a service request. Mr. Electric called me and we set up an appointment for Monday morning. The technician William showed up and he was very thorough and very professional. He was also very personable. He performed a home safety check and pointed out some things that need to be done and some things that REALLY need to be done. He took care of my initial problem and I would not hesitate to have him follow up and do the additional work at another time. He also did a great job of cleaning up after himself. I highly recommend.

Robert U. was totally fantastic! We have a 35 year old home which doesn’t have the easiest existing electrical to work with. Robert did a great job installing two new fans and replacing four pendants for new ones. He really took his time fine adjusting each of the pendants and has a good attention to detail.

Needed a variety of items completed after a home inspection and William Diffenderffer came to do the work. He was professional, respectful of the surroundings, explained the pricing and the procedures thoroughly and did a very good job in a reasonable amount of time.

Our technician, Brandon Turner, and his apprentice, Jayden Cooper, did outstanding work for us. The background here is that our house was built in the mid-60's and clearly had not been updated building code-wise. Our HVAC had just been replaced and the HVAC folks strongly recommended that an electrician be engaged to check out our situation. If anything, a prior owner must have decided he could do his own electrical work (and shouldn't have). Brandon went through our entire house with me and pointed out every place where the current Houston building code mandated a change. We agreed to the work and it was accomplished very promptly and professionally. When he was done, Brandon went back over everything that they updated to confirm that they had done as promised and the house was now code-compliant. Simply excellent work. I highly recommend Brandon and Mr. Electric. I know to whom I'll turn whenever I need an electrician.

Very good and detailed work. Enjoyed working with the team and really appreciated the knowledge and the way the Mr. Electric team tracked the items needing attention after the inspections.

Have not tried the transfer switch yet, but Mr. Foss did a good job with installation of the electrical panel and transfer switch, he is very knowledgeable and professional and everything seem to be working fine, I will try the generator and transfer switch during the city inspection.
