who installed my EV, was very courteous, explain what was happening at every step. When I need an electrical installment, I would ask for Steven again.

Generator maintenance etc. Prompt, courteous, just very nice. Steven explained things thoroughly without talking down to me. They were interrupted to the by the rain, waited in the truck, came back and finished. He and the entire crew were professional, yet friendly. Already arranged to have Trizone come back for my next check.

Marc was really good and professional, he also tried to get things exactly like I asked, but I still made a few quick adjustments when he left regarding the position of the motion sensors and the way the flood lights cast their light.

The reason I reduced the stars for the review was because despite sending the owner several images of what I wanted and sharing instructions with him both verbally and in writing via text the owner never shared this info with his worker. So Marc arrived without the supplies that would have been needed. He said he would need to go get some items and that I would still have to pay the $185 per hour rate for him to run to home depot for 6’ of conduit to run from an existing outside light to feed into a new flood light. Because of this the first hour was mostly wasted with trying to make it work with what was in the van and me talking to the owner on the phone about the lack of communication. Overall we got 2 of the 3 lights we discussed up front completed and instead of paying the expected $275 for 3 lights it was $250 for the 2 lights.

Sounds like they do good EV charger installs based on other reviews, so maybe my job was small potatoes. I hadn’t mentioned it at the time, but I was also interested in getting a 50 amp plug and a few other things installed for my new generator and if this went well I would have used Trizone, but I will be looking elsewhere.

The team did a great job with their installation and customer service. We ran into a slight issue when they drilled into the brick of my house. However, they sent a masonry contractor to fix it and made it look as good as new.

Steven and Marc also put my Ford charging station in. They were quick, punctual, polite, and asked how I wanted everything set up. Stress free which is nice. I wish I knew these guys existed when I remodeled my home! Note, Qmerit and Ford themselves did not give clear guidance on the process but Trizone was attentive to everything I needed to get this installed since our mobile plug-in charger faulted and Ford would not replace it (which seems is also discontinued only after 2 years). I am still seeking clarification from Ford.

I had a wonderful experience with Trizone Electric. Their team was communicative and thorough. Marc and Steven had a great attitude and performed the installation while answering questions very professionally. Should I need any further electrical work done at home, I will definitely use them again.
