Unsafe driver:

We were leaving Galveston island and one of their employees did not want to merge and tried to run us off the road. We called in to report it and were told by Diane and Robin that they would call him and ask him to "be more careful". I would never do business with a company who does not take safety seriously and does not hold their employees accountable/to a higher standard.
If they are ok with unsafe driving, I'm willing to bet that quality, safety and accuracy on a job aren’t high on their list of priorities. Shameful. BEWARE FOLKS!!

I was driving down cullen on 9/5 at 0610 when one of your contractor cars sped up and passed me in a dangerous manner. Why so aggressive in a bulky truck much less your company’s?

You may want to remind the driver of truck CWK 5679 and his passenger about the importance of driving with caution and respect for others on the road. This morning, April 29th, at around 6:45 AM on 59 South, their behavior—including excessive honking, tailgating, and frequent lane changes to gain minimal distance—was aggressive and unnecessary. Intimidating other drivers while operating a company vehicle reflects poorly on your organization.

When I pulled into the entrance for an appointment a white male with long hair approached me & started yelling racial slurs at me saying go back to Mexico & I told him I was here for an appointment! worst customer service ever don't recommend this racist company to anyone will never do business with them again! I will let all their vendors know who they are truly working for. And I have proof all on video!

What extraordinarily unhelpful, rude & paranoid people! I went there mistakenly thinking they dealt in electrical supplies. They keep their front door locked, & upon their answering it, I was informed this wasn't the case. As I was sitting in my car trying to find another option on my phone, a man pulls into the parking lot, goes inside, & very shortly comes back out & asks me what I want there. When I explain what I'm looking for, he tells me it sounds like a scam & that I am sitting on private property & need to leave NOW! Makes you wonder...

Rude and scary encounter. I’m a licensed social worker, just helping others. I passed my home visit and turned into this establishment to turn around as there were not many opinions on this small street. As I’m putting vehicle into reverse and after I put in my new address to visit in WAZE, this man appears and begins aggressively yelling for me get off the property and didn’t I see the no trespassing sign? I had not as the gate was open. He kept repeating get off his property even as I tried to explain my intentions, he just repeatedly screamed to get off his property. He took a picture of my license plate. Mind you, I’m professionally dressed, held up my agency badge and was already backing up. I deter others to work with some other agency as this proves they are not concerned with people,
