Digital Delight is an excellent low voltage company for installing the internet,
Wi-fi, television connections, and security cameras for new construction.
They are very hi-tech and installed only the latest and greatest technology
in my new home. Their prices are reasonable and I was totally satisfied with their work.

I'm celebrating the one-year anniversary of my full house Sonos system installed by Digital Delight. It has been the best investment in home entertainment I've ever made. The Sonos speakers are terrific and the DD team set things up perfectly in three rooms. It plays 24 hours a day in our house. Bravo!

Digital Delight sold me and provided installation for a Ring doorbell. Athena was very responsive in answering all my questions, providing me with their proposal, as well as scheduling both the first "overview" visit and the installation; the installation crew was professional in their installation and instruction on the operation of the device. I would recommend their services.

We’ve used Digital Delight for many years and never been disappointed. Their service is fantastic. Jay just set up our new tv in the kitchen and checked out all of our other tvs to be sure they were all working properly.

I was looking for a portable outdoor speaker to use in my back yard. J.J. and Digital Delight were able to provide exactly what I wanted. Our Sonos Move has excellent sound quality and works all over the yard. They provided the prompt, efficient, and courteous service I have come to expect from them

Positives: The installation crew was on-time and very professional the day of the appointment. The crew did a good job on the install itself and I was happy with the final outcome.

Negatives: Due to the sales rep high recommendation, I decided to purchase my receiver through Digital Delight. During installation the receiver malfunctioned so they had to replace it. They ended up being out of stock of this receiver and I was charged more money for an upgraded receiver that I didn’t need. Secondly, when the installation was complete and we(technician and I) were going through the TV features, I asked about watching broadcast channels; come to find out, they removed the EXISTING coaxial connection cord from the wall to insert all of the TV cords. I had to pay $230(minus $90 for parts) for 2 technicians to come out another day and run a coaxial cord through the wall for an antenna. I expressed my annoyance with being charged to install something that was already there to begin with. Their excuse was the project manager asked if I was planning on installing a cable box. I said no, however, I was not made aware that they would pull the coaxial cord completely out of the wall. They also gave an excuse that they have to take time out of their busy schedule to perform this install. The install took less than 30 minutes. If there is an error on the company’s part, they should pay the difference, not the customer.

Bottom Line: If you decide to use Digital Delight, be prepared to cough up A LOT of money. Buy your own equipment with the exception of brackets or speaker wire. Their equipment prices are the exact same as retail (Fry’s, Best Buy, Crutchfield etc).

JJ and his team at Digital Delight provided us at Third Coast Volleyball with top notch service and products. He was patient and professional in his explanations of the various tech options and our novice questions. They have also continued to tweet until it’s just right. I would (and will) continue to give his number to everyone I know. They are the kind of business and family I would recommend any day of the week. Good luck!

The company is very professional. They suggest products that give the homeowner control over the programming, so there's no need to be dependent on a consultant or specialist to come and make changes that also cost more money. The installers were also very knowledgeable and taught me how to use the products before leaving. I had one issue with a faulty battery on one of the Ring cameras, and they handled i the replacement efficiently.

Over the past 10 years we have had the pleasure of having JJ and his Digital Delight crew help us with many different projects. They are all professional and always ready to provide efficient and reasonable services. Call them for anything that has a remote or responds to a remote!

My wife and I had to recently upgrade our entertainment system, since our last upgrade 6 years earlier.
We had a good experience 6 years ago, when we first met the Digital Delight team. They had installed a Bose Video Wave II system for us and had done a stellar job.
When it became necessary for us to upgrade, we decided to call them back to get a quote for the upgrade.
We were not disappointed. The owner of Digital, JJ Canon, came and spent as much time needed to answer all my questions on the various options open to us.
He then gave the info he had collected to Peter who in turn prepared a couple of different proposal options and emailed them that very same day with the offer to answer any additional questions.
My wife and I discussed the options and selected the one best suited to our needs.
We signed the online agreement and immediately got a call from Athena in the office to set an appointment to have our new system installed.
The date and time were set and they were here and installed at the appointed day and time.
The installation was flawless. My wife could not be happier. We eliminated the collection of wires, the several remotes and the cable tv we had subscribed to for the last number of years. We are down to one remote and are ‘Streaming’ the programs of our choice at a considerable savings to our budget.
Simply said, Digital Delight and their whole Team, owner to installers, (no hierarchy intended), were impeccable in every detail.
We are satisfied once again with their recommendation and performance.

I was very impressed with the quality of the installation and services delivered by JJ and his team. The installation team was professional and competent. Hardware installation was done neatly. I am very happy with the programming that was performed and now allows me to control my TVs and music via the ipad.

I’ve used this company’s services for 5 years now and only have good things to say about them. I’ve had them out to perform wiring, troubleshooting on a system installed by another company, programming and installation of some audio accessories. Each time they successfully completed the job and answered all my questions. JJ Canon, Ricardo and the whole team are terrific to work with.

JJ and his team are excellent communicators, trustworthy, and extremely professional. They hung one TV inside, one outside (which involved a new electrical outlet being run), installed two soundbars, a subwoofer...everything looks and sounds perfect. They even installed a digital doorbell for me (that also had no power source and involved running a line from my attic). Their visit reminded me of the typical Gallery Furniture experience where they literally don't leave until they are convinced you are completely satisfied. Highly recommend.

We were experiencing problems with our custom AV system (for a new home) and we were tired of wasting time and money on that same company. After reading the great reviews about JJ and his company, we decided to make the switch. In our first meeting, JJ knew exactly what was wrong and he was very confident that he could get our wireless AV system working perfectly. And that's exactly what he and his team did. His team was very professional and we were most impressed by the quality and speed of their work. Our system is now awesome and very user-friendly. We also hired them to purchase and install a new TV and add shelving for my mom's house, and again, they did a wonderful job with this too. We wished we had used them from the very beginning; this would have saved us a lot of time, stress and money.

We had multiple rooms, patios, pool areas, not to mention several large TVs installed with SONOS systems. JJ and his crew were really great. JJ came out and did a site visit. Listened really well, came back with a detailed estimate that was very precise and helpful to make all the final decisions. Ricardo and his crew did a really nice job installing everything. It was a complicated install but they did it perfectly. They answered all our questions, showed us how to run everything and for a couple months afterwards they were always helpful to show us how to do something. It's been a great experience all the way around.

We hired Digital Delight a little over 6 months ago to fix a major problem with an elaborate system that was installed only one year prior by 'others'. Don't I wish that we had discovered DD and JJ Canon prior to that original installation!
JJ and his team installed a much more stable platform, at a much better price... And the best part is that they made it simple and seamless to understand and operate. Any issues we have had since that time have only been related to power outages, and in those situations, Digital Delight has easily guided us through the steps to be up and running immediately, without the expense or disruption of service calls. A quick text to them with a question is handled with lightening response.

I would give them More Stars if that were an option. Great company.

After months of struggling with dropped/slow WIFI and weekly visits from AT&T to diagnose we contacted Digital Delight. JJ visited our home, made some recommendations and provided a detailed quote. His team were very professional and provide great after service. Our WIFI is now fast and reliable.
We also had his team install Ring alarm system and cameras to replace our old ADT system and it's working great, they really take the time to understand your needs and work within a budget.
Highly recommend!

I rarely post reviews, but felt it worth the time to highlight excellent service from Taylor and the DD team. For a little background, we purchased a home that has an extensive whole home audio/video system that was originally installed by DD ~10 years ago. It was a complex install and completely custom at that time. Naturally, after 10-years challenges are going to pop up…and of course there is the learning curve for us to understand how things work. This brings me to DD.

By chance I found the original scope of work manual that DD provided at the time of installation. At the back of the information was a phone number…so I gave it a try and boom it got me to Taylor and DD. I sent a text and left a VM and shortly thereafter I received a call. Taylor spent more than an hour explaining the work done at the home and how things operate. Thereafter I scheduled time for him to come out and assess some of the issues we had. He was able to diagnose and fix everything of concern in 2 hours. This included covering the how and why we were experiencing challenges.

Fast forward two years later and another issue came up. Had nothing to do with their installation, but rather these are 10+ year old electronics and things can go bad. I explained the symptoms over the phone, and having confidence since their original consultation, was hoping he could give me some advice on what to look for and or replace. He spent an hour on the phone listening and making recommendations.

Turned out after some troubleshooting that a pair of extenders were bad. I ordered a new set per Taylor’s recommendation and installed them myself once they arrived. Unfortunately even after the new extenders were installed we were still experiencing some challenges. I called Taylor again and he was quick to point out some things to look for, e.g., HDMI cables, etc. In this instance, it turned out to be the EDID setting on the Tx unit.
