Monster Tree Service provided an estimate, and showed used an iPad to draw lines of areas of trees to be trimmed. On the day of the service, a crew showed up, completed the work, and cleaned up debris. The trees looked exactly like the proposed rendering. Excellent service and highly recommend, our oak trees and large holly tree look healthy and add to our homes overall aesthetic.

I had an excellent experience with Monster Tree Service. They were professional from beginning to end. They were responsive and showed up on time for the estimate and the actual work. The price quote was quickly emailed to me and included pictures of the trees and limbs to be trimmed and pruned. The crew that performed the work did a great job, was careful around my house and fence and ensured that I was happy with their work. I will use them again and highly recommend Monster Tree Service.

Great Service and great price to remove a tree in our yard. They showed up when promised and got rid of our tree in a short time. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. Highly recommend!

Had severely leaning pine with cracks at the base plus another pine with damage midway up. Monster Tree Service- NW Houston came to assess and immediately saw our concerns. They worked hard to adjust their schedule and were able to come back the next day to take down those two trees. While there they cut down a few others that would cause issues in the near future. They were very professional, did excellent work and cleaned up afterwards. We are EXTREMELY thankful they helped us so quickly. Highly recommend this company.

We collected competitive bids for our tee removal. Monster Tree responded with a well written proposal, a competitive price, and answered all of our questions promptly. This is our second time to retain them and we would do it again. A professional team top to bottom! We appreciate the terrific clean up, too.

This is my second time using their services. I had a tree taken down, hanging limbs cut down, and seven trees trimmed. They did an excellent job. Cleaned up and when I mentioned they missed picking up a couple of limbs, they came right back and got them. Excellent customer service, great work and reasonably priced.

***** I had the loveliest experience this week with arborist/tree removal whom we called to remove a >70’ pine tree after Beryl left it leaning perilously, towards our house. They did a fantastic job on the pine, among other leaning and damaged trees. They left the work areas spotless.

(Update) I have now used Monster Tree Service three times to remove dead or dying trees in my backyard. Tobias was fantastic to work with prior to the removals! The crews did an amazing job and were very careful and professional to ensure there was no damage to my backyard. I highly recommend Monster Tree Service, and I will continue to use them. You will not be disappointed!

Tobias Judd was very professional and reasonable. He helped navigate a tricky tree trimming situation split between neighbors. His crew worked hard and efficiently. The work looks very nice. I would recommend them!

Removed 2 large pines, one of which hung toward/over our house. Team was experienced and did this without any damage.

We were able to consult the owner/arborist to also help verify that we were making the right choice by removing the living tree. It has a ‘hollowing’ trunk but was still green. He made a good call, as the trunk damage went quite deep.

Finally, the cost was competitive. The estimate came in equal to best of three other estimates I had already received. Because we were so comfortable with Monster Trees professionalism, they won the business. We will definitely be using them again for our tree needs.

Monster Tree Service provided very good service. They were fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Safety standards were top notch. However; the stump grinder left about 15 wheel barrow loads in my front yard. Since you can't use fresh trimmings as mulch around plants (it robs the soil of nitrogen), I was left with this pile to deal with on my own. That meant that I had to move it to the back yard and when I was able, take it to the dump. I would have given Monster a five star review they completed the job.

Would’ve liked a little more communication on the schedule day, but the trees got cut down fantastically and the tree specialists did a great job. This was not my first time to use Monster, and I will be using them again in the fall.

Monster Tree Service did some extensive work for me cutting trees in 2 yards. One was very labor intensive and tricky. These guys know what they are doing! They are the ones to call for all your tree needs. Their pricing is competitive and they are nice to boot! I highly recommend.

Monster did a great job removing the tree roots that were threatening to upturn the concrete slabs of my driveway. Now I don't have to worry about spending $15,000 on a new one!

We have had two large pines (pine beetles) and one large Elm (heavy rain and wind causing root instability) cut down with stump grinds by Monster tree service. The work was done safely, quickly and cleaned up very well. We are pleased with the results.

The five guys who did the tree trimming were friendly and very coordinated, even using working gloves, safety glasses and wwhelments with wireless communicators in them. They brought proper equipment as well as the mulcher and truck, and cleaned up nicley after the work was done.

I had a very large oak tree removed.
Stump ground and visible roots. All debris was hauled away and area was leveled.
The area was left neat and free of debris.

We planned several months to remove a giant water oak tree from our backyard. It was right decision selecting Monster, the team is professional, punctuation . From estimates to take down the tree to clean up, everything went smoothly. Highly recommend this tree company.

They trimmed my 3 large Oak trees and did a good job, my trees look great, not bald. Good price as well.

The team gave me a great estimate and were on time as scheduled. The stump was huge but was ground down below the grass level and all the trimmings were used to cover up and provide mulch for where the tree used to be and hopefully will be grass growing in soon 👍👍👍
