These guys did an awesome job. Very professional. They not only brought down the tree efficiently, but cleaned up afterwards. Very friendly as well. John was the team lead and very knowledgeable.

MTS came out as scheduled and trimmed an overgrown Oak Tree along my driveway. The scope of work included chipping and hauling off the tree limbs plus cleaning up all debris from their work. The Crew was friendly and easy to work with…..

I originally requested a quote to cut down a maple silver, but ended up also trimming my other 3 oaks and they look amazing! I highly recommend this crew if you need to get rid of a tree, and/or trim your trees.

Crew did an excellent job cutting back low limbs and thinning live oak tree. Also took down two 40’-50’ Sweet Gum trees that were leaning dangerously towards the house. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

This week, we had Monster TS remove 3 trees in our backyard. EVERYTHING about our experience gets a five star rating. Tommy came out to give us an estimate. He was very quick, reasonable, patient with our decision, and worked with us on everything. The guys that came to do the work were polite, easy to communicate with, and got the job done perfectly. I would not hesitate to use this company again or recommend them to others.

We had a dead pine in the far back yard. (Over 70 feet tall) The crew took it down and removed the tree in less than 4 hours. They were very professional and polite.Pricing was also reasonable. Would definitely use them again!

Second time I have used Monster Tree Service in the past 3 years. Each time I received a very reasonable quote and very good turnaround scheduling the work. Tobias gave us his personal attention and the work crew had a big challenge this time around. They removed a pine tree that was swaying dangerously close to our bedroom and also gave my neighbor an excellent proposition to remove a pine tree adjacent to our fence. They performed the work professionally, safely and without any collateral damage to fences, etc. I no longer fear the next storm event bringing any unwelcome damage from falling trees. I would recommend Monster to any my neighbors and will use them again, should the need arise.

I was very impressed with the job that David and Omar did. They made sure that I was happy with the work. They did everything that I asked. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Monster Tree Service. One last thing, they cleaned everything up perfectly. Great job guys!

I was very pleased with Monster Tree Service. They came the day I called to give me an estimate, and it was better than the two previous estimates. They removed my three trees very quickly and cleanly. The stumps were ground the next day. I will definitely use Monster again. Their lift equipment made the job quicker and safer.

This company did an AMAZING job trimming several of my pines and removing another. The crew was professional and courteous, and they thoroughly cleaned up all debris, leaving my yard neater than they found it. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of tree services.

The crew are great representatives for your company. They work safely and effectively to complete the job. I will say I heard nothing but laughing and jokes. No foul words and no crazy music. They cleaned up their debris as promised. All I can say is to have a crew of guys like this is rare and I’m happy they got my home.

Won’t be recommending anyone else 10/10.

Straightforward process from start to finish. Arborist looks at the tree, discusses options, gives you a plan and estimate, then the crew executes the plan. They clean up the area and off they go. The cost was even lower than I expected… Highly recommend them.

A very nice assortment of plants. I ended up purchasing two Japanese Yew's and they are doing well despite the 100+ temperatures outside. It is located on a slightly odd location on a side street next to Hwy288 and Beltway 8. If you see a Shell Station at the corner the street crosses the gas station.

Buyer beware. I wanted to buy 10 inch clay pots today. Sign said "special 7.99" at the register they rang up at 9.99. I had to argue with the cashier and finally bring her the sign. She would not honor the price because she could only charge "what was in the register"- I left and won't be back. Bad way to conduct business.

They overcharged me for an item. The manager came and was acting silly because it was only a dollar. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager. I asked him why he was acting that way and he walked off yelling something that I couldn't understand. I then asked the two cashiers what his name was and they refused to give it to me they refused to give me their names as well. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Wish I could give it less stars. Bought a plant from there last Thursday and by the following Tuesday it was dead. I didn't realize they had a no refund or exchange policy. But going forward I will frequent other nurseries. I spent way too much money there on Thursday for them to be unwilling to EXCHANGE the cheapest flower that I bought. Never again. It's principle at this point because of the short length of time that I had the plant. The others thrived in the same conditions so it had nothing to do with my care.

Beautiful plants but horrible service. Workers don't speak English well and have never been able to answer a single question about the plants. So, you have to rely on the labels on the plants or do your own research. Why hire people that cannot speak to your clients and have no clue about your products? Careless

Wow. I was planning to check this place out today for a complete landscaping overhaul in various areas of our 4.5 acre property. However, after reading the numerous reviews regarding the terrible customer service at this location, I think I'll pass. My mom, sister and I, all looking to make large purchases today, will happily take our business elsewhere! Thanks for the heads up with those reviews. So glad we checked before we went.

Horrible customer service…asking about pricing and employee was very rude. Stating I guess it’s $20 and walked off with an attitude. I just left no point in spending money where I’m not welcomed.

The items are really over priced. I bought two pots and some small plants and at check out the total was 245$ I thought it was a bit high. I go to check my receipt to find out that the pots alone were 80$ a piece. The pots had no price label on any of them and they are very smart by putting on the bottom of your paid receipt that you CAN NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE THE ITEMS. Go to LOWES , WALMART, or HOME DEPOT INSTEAD. You’ll be happy you did.
