Love this place! And like their prices! They have a wide range of plants and trees at every price point. You don’t have to go bankrupt to beautify your garden.

Horrible Christmas tree service. They should hire more experienced people. Beautiful Christmas tree but installed completely lopsided. First and last time we purchase from here.

I like this location and that the people who work here actually know plants and are helpful. I like being able to go to a nursery/garden center knowing that the plants are of the highest quality.

My mother and I always visit the Houston garden center it's our favorite place to go and buy fresh and renewable sources of plants and trees we always receive a happy smile and valuable information from the workers there thank you the Solomon family💕💕💕

For those who love all thing plants & gardening this place truly doesn't disappoint. Plan on giving yourself extra time to see all the beautiful plants because there are lots of them to see. They have all things you would need to start & care for your landscape or home garden. One of the groundskeeper was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed. We will definitely go back & I recommend others to go.

Even though this is the USA no one on their staff could speak English. No one could help us locate some dwarf red azaleas. Finally after searching for 30 minutes by herself we were able to locate some. This place has the worst customer service. Kim Hooper needs to get off TV and come down and help train the staff staff in good customer service. It's not like they're giving these plants away! My advice is to take your business somewhere else where they want to be helpful and earn your business.

Horrible customer service! 2 employees were when I walked in. Neither acknowledged me. I had to follow them around the store to ask a question and when I finally got their attention, neither of them knew anything and referred me to the 'manager' at the exit where you show your receipt. This so called manager was on the phone for 10 while I sat there and waited in the hot sun and she never once raised her head up to look at me or at least acknowledge me. They will not be getting my hard earned money today, nor will I ever be back!

This location really didn't have a lot of plants and overpriced the different Items that were needed they were out of and friendly cashiers but kind of overpriced in their items that they had it was okay

Yeah! I wish I'd discovered local nursery stock sooner! This is a really nice place; clean and organized-- friendly & helpful cashier too.

Give yourself some time to enjoy the grounds and look around at all they have to offer.

I saw good prices on many items as well. I would recommend you visit. I enjoyed mine very much.

So much greenery….. this garden center has such a large selection of flowers and bushes. I went looking for a crape Myrtle tree which can been scarce. They had some large size trees that needed a lil tlc but were still in good shape for 1/2 price. I opted for the black diamond (ebony) crape Myrtle which was beautiful. I was so impressed because there were so many options and I had to control myself to not overspend especially with everything 1/2 off

Just spent an hour looking around for shrubs. We pick and load 3 carts. At checkout they told us the price was 3 times more than listed. I then go back and take a picture of the only sign within 10 feet of the shrubs we picked out. We literally grabbed two that were touching the sign. The gentleman proceeds to tell us they accidentally marked the wrong size. No sorry, no discount, just tough shit. Won’t be back ever again, literally live right down the street and would have been back all summer. Too bad.

This place has the worst management I've ever seen. I found one employee out of all the employees working that could and would help me. He was very knowledgeable and very polite. So if you go to this site ask for William Mchale if you need help. They should look at this young man for a management position because what's there now is very lacking in people and communication skills.

I have been going there for basic materials since I moved here and each time the quality of service goes down more and more. the last time I went up in there to get a special kind of soil that no one else seemed to carry, and whoever was on duty lied about the pricing and over charged me. I'm done here! this is why and how Lowes stay in business.

Frequently purchase plants at this location. Great selections. Customer Service at register can be good or bad service depending on employee. Employee named Vanessa has horrible manners while checking out customers and uses forger language with an ugly attitude.

Never high traffic or a long wait for check out.

Items are always fairly priced.

A great way to go for beginners without having to start everything from seed.

Looking forward knowledgeable staff who care you find what you're looking for? Then don't come here. Unhelpful, unwilling to walk and will just "I guess we don't have it." Money talks and tell them they suck by buying elsewhere

Tree selection was Very limited, but I got a BEAUTIFUL tree, perfectly shaped!!

Each time I buy multiple things like hedges or shrubs I always go there.
They always have a beautiful selection of just about any and everything that you could possibly want.
Everything is well kept up the plants. Flowers trees are gorgeous and well maintenance hydrated service was outstanding as well. Come on down to Houston Garden Center right at the corner of 288 northbound side at the beltway

I had never been to one before and we're Christmas tree shopping. We generally get one of those either really expensive ones from the overnight tree stands or like Lowe's or somewhere that you're all on your own. This was by far the better choice. They have an enormous selection and the prices are very fair. The associate that was helping us, Jeremy, was extremely knowledgeable about the different tree varieties and strength of limbs and what type of nettles and pulled out every tree that caught my eye so we could see it from all angles. He really helped make the experience pleasent and not overwhelming. He carried our tree to the front for us and stayed with us to make sure the bottom was cut to our liking. He then loaded it up for us and wished us a Happy Holidays. This will be my go to for all future plant and tree purchases in the future. Thank you Jeremy!
