Horrible service. Paid for services twice and lawn was still incomplete. Never again! Still had high grass. These are pictures after the 2nd time from the 1st time. Smh

You cannot see my account because I canceled my services but the pictures are in your data base because a man that answered the phone confirmed these pictures with me. Theres nothing you can do but refund me my hard earned dollars.

I've been using this company for a while now and they always are very professional and do an amazing job on my lawn. I want to say thank you to Francisco H. for a wonderful job today on my lawn. It looks beautiful! Also, to Celeste in customer service who is always very helpful and sweet.

I've been using this company for several years. They provide excellent service and keep my yard looking great. Recently, they trimmed my trees. The workers are respectful and never leave grass trimmings on the sidewalk or driveway. I would recommend their service.

I was very displeased with the customer service and communication from this company. I signed up for the service and, due to "unforeseen" circumstances, never received it. Fortunately, I hadn't paid, or I would be even more displeased. I understand getting backed up due to rain and other circumstances, but I am unsure what kind of business model schedules a service and then fails to show up two days in a row. If that is the case, then why have a schedule at all? Furthermore, no discount was offered for their failure to appear. I picked the company based off price, but I am much better off paying a little more for timely service and clear communication.

Very quick and efficient lawn service. I had my overgrown lawn way over due for a trim. They sent out someone very quickly and he did a great job. After receiving multiple quotes from other companies Fresh Lawn was by far the better price and quality. The employee I talked on the phone with was also very cool. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

They opened two client accounts under my name, so I got double the messages and double the scheduling. Everything was super confusing.

They also gave me an estimate based on my home on Zillow, which I was okay with. After the first mowing session, I didn’t hear back for weeks.

Before my next session, they raised the price the day before they were supposed to show up to almost twice the cost. Apparently the property was bigger than expected - which I understand, but communicate sooner?

The second time they came around, the mower broke off part of our fence, missed a whole section of our yard, and left.

Terrible communication skills all around, I would just find a local business to support who will take the time to listen and respect your property.

I am thrilled with the results of my yard. I have two pets and a daughter, and we spend a lot of time in our backyard. We don't usually like our yard to be mowed too short, so it's amazing that they can accommodate our needs. We also love that they send a reminder so I can place my pets inside on the day of service. Amazing work!

The crew that was last at our house did a great job. Any issues we've had were quickly resolved by whoever I spoke with on the phone.

I was very dissatisfied when Fresh Lawn first cut my lawn. They didn't cut my entire lawn, left the entire right side of the lawn uncut. I took pictures and called Fresh Lawn immediately. I spoke with a very nice lady by the name of Gabby. I was clearly upset and she probably heard it in my tone but she was calm, nice and just very pleasant. She said that she can and would correct the mistake within 24hrs and she did!! She sent Ana and her crew and they corrected the Era. Ana and her crew returned recently and not only did they cut the entire yard, they really trimmed up the entire yard, I'm talking about crisp, sharp edges, around the trees, flower beds, etc. Just excellent work. I would definitely appreciate if Ana and her crew would become the crew to always cut my lawn, indefinitely! I would like to thank Gabby for her understanding and definitely for her professionalism. BEST law care we could have found! From Maribel the receptionist getting a quote and having our lawn done biweekly without having to call to remind them. Francisco it’s really careful with my flower beds. Haven’t had any issues with him or his crew whacking any of my plants.

Fresh Lawn is by far the best lawn care service I have used. I am a realtor and have used Fresh Lawn for all of my properties and my families personal properties as well. Reliable and thorough!

Fresh Lawn was great. They offer a convenient, easy to start lawn service with options to fit your needs. Their online sign up is very comprehensive and easy to use. I spoke with Celeste today as we had to cancel due to an upcoming sale of our house. She understood and very quickly took care of it. Very thorough and professional. If I need lawn care again in the Houston area, Fresh Lawn is first my first choice.

I contacted the service several times over the course of months about the problematic areas in the photos below. They continued to ignore the areas allowing them to overgrow. When someone finally responded to a support message I was told they would handle 2 of the 3 areas but would need to give me a quote on the bushes.

None of the Areas were addressed and the bushes were quoted at $120 and an additional $30 fee to haul away debris.

I found this unacceptable and when I went to cancel my service, found I had to contact them directly and wait for a response for my service to be canceled instead of it just being a viable option from the menu's.

In short, false promises, bad response to customer requests and overpriced "additional work). Do not use this service, it is an automated service meant to drain your account with sub-par service for months before requiring you to hump through hoops to remove your payment information.

I don't know names, but they come every other Tuesday mid day. They always do a good job of mowing and trimming. They come the same time each time, so I can know when to unlock my gate and not have it unlocked extra days.

It definitely seems I am good company with my review. I waited a week to insure that Olivia, the accounts manager, had some time to review my emails and get back to me. She has not and I do not see her doing so anytime in the near future.

A month ago I contacted Fresh Lawn to take care of the lawn service at my home. I was told that a cut for the home and leaf bagging would be $35 plus tax bi weekly. They came out and did a mediocre job. They bagged two bags of leaves, did not leaf blow the whole patio and back yard area and completely refused to cut any of the grass on the side of the house. I sent images of the issues and I was told that this would be noted on my account and in two weeks all would be fixed. It gets better.

Two weeks passed and they returned. Yet again the side of the house was not cut and if you look you'll see a water bottle in the leaves. That was there from the first mow. Left it there on purpose to see if they were paying attention. Nope. Also the backyard was trash. Weeds growing left and right and they just left them. I emailed again and was told the lady who I had been speaking with was no longer with Fresh Lawn. They apologized for the issues and swore to fix them. That I would be refunded for the last mow and all the issues from the past month would be fixed with a special crew coming to cut the weeds and take care of the leaves the next day.

The next day came and no crew by 8pm. I got an email letting me know that my mow had been bumped and someone would come the next day. The next day came and a crew finally showed up. They sat outside of my home for 10 mins in their truck. No one got out. They were on their phones and then they left. I found that quite odd. So I called Fresh Lawn. They were just as surprised as me as to why no one mowed or cleaned up the leaves. They apologized and called dispatch to figure out what happened.

I was told that I was quoted the wrong price initially. That the crew, even though they never got out of the truck, felt that the leaves were too much work and they weren't going to do it. They didn't even go into the back yard to attempt to cut the weeds they let grow for the past month. They said it would be $150 but since they have messed up they could offer me a discount and have someone come out immediately for $120. I told them I was very upset that no one reached out to me to let me know about all of this. That a simple call or email could have clarified all of this. Even if there was an issue that good customer service says you just eat the cost, fix the problem and keep a customer. Not with Fresh Lawn. They do not care.

I emailed Olivia the accounts supervisor and let her know about my situation and how disappointed I was. No response. Now we have this review. There are too many great people and companies who work hard and want your money. I do not chase down people to give them my money. That is crazy. Subpar work. Subpar customer service. Subpar core values and leadership. This here is the epitome of Fresh Lawn. Save your money, time and patience. Find someone who actually cares about their clients and their business. Avoid at all costs! You will be sorry.

Fresh Mowing Service really came through for me last minute! I had a birthday party coming up the following weekend and needed my yard looking sharp, and they handled it with no problem. Maribel, the agent I spoke with, was super helpful and made sure my service was expedited. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left my yard looking tidy and party-ready. I really appreciate the quick turnaround and great service definitely recommend them!

The mowing was NEVER done on my property. The first time I scheduled them to to mow our lawn, they notified me someone will be out at our home and later completed, but my lawn was never touched. So I called back to see if they can send their crew out again to mow the correct lawn, they said they would, but this time they notified me someone will be out and just did not show. This frustrated me, so I called them back the third time to make sure they send the crew to the correct address, but instead of scheduling, they sent me pictures of the mow-job where they took pictures of my front lawn with my house number, but with another property's backyard and that didn't even seem like it was mowed. And they also sent me a bill of the mowing job that was NEVER done. Not sure if they were trying to scam me or thought I was dumb enough to accept the pictures as my property, but this was not going to fly with me so I ended up cancelling with them.

Not to mention they kept dropping my call when I was on the phone with them, they told me they were having issues with their phone dropping calls, but after the 4th drop, I was not going to have it.

Paid extra on top of my regular service to have my yards raked and leaves picked up. Twice I paid extra and twice the job was done horribly. They would just blow the leaves into the back corner of my yard or blow them into my flower beds. When I called to complain they said they would send someone out right away to fix the problem but nobody ever showed up, but they did charge my card 110 dollars that same day for a mediocre service. Do yourself a favor and don't use this company it will save you a headache. Pictures were taken right after the service was completed. They called me after I posted this review to have it taken down before coming out and fixing the issue, very unprofessional!
