We experienced issues with our pool, leaking air that caused the pump to fail in circulating water. After looking around at different companies, 2 of which did not meet our standards of service, The Pool Depot and specifically Phil were truly amazing. Arrived on time, polite, professional, and took time to educate us on the potential issues with our specific equipment. We were truly moved by his willingness to listen, understand, and help us gain confidence with our equipment. Highly recommend THE POOL DEPOT and feel blessed that Phil helped us with our pool issues.

Hi. We have used Pool Depot via our management company at our home here in Houston. We have an old pool and it has a share of unique issues. The pool depot team is on time, gets it done with a minimum of disruption and with excellent results.

We absolutely love Christian, who cleans our pools. He is always friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure our pools our beautiful.

Looking through all the reviews here, I am left wondering if we're talking about the same company. The company that I hired to service my pool is called "The Pool Depot", and they are literally a disaster. They have missed ~every~ regular service day (Friday according to the contract they had me sign) this first month, their "service technicians" show up randomly, unexpectedly without communication. Last week I came home to a flooded street, it turned out they were pumping out the water from my pool into my yard as part of their cleaning process. Never mind that they were flooding the area with all my (electrical) pool equipment I guess.

These people are a liability - "not recommended" is an understatement

Not professional at all. Lack of communication, unresponsive, charging expenses without asking, not cost-effective (220 a month with extra fees for everything, pool not brushed or fully suctioned from debris, charging 350 for 2 unnecessary filter cleaning per year). We canceled our subscription and are now much happier with a clean pool. They have still not reimbursed our prepaid fees and given our keys back. I do hope for them they will change…

We have used the pool depot for many years. They are good for small things like filter cleaning and pool cleaning. They have disappointed us on larger items like resurfacing our gunite pool or recommendations on robotic cleaners.

Thank you to The Pool Depot for all your years of great service. What can I say—you all are awesome! You have provided us with excellent customer service, fair pricing, and tremendous peace of mind—thank you so much for making our pool ownership a pleasant experience instead of a worry.

And a special thank you to David Clubb who is a wealth of knowledge. David is honest and considerate of your hard earned money when making recommendations on repairs and upgrades. AND he can explain the WHY something is being recommended so you can make an educated decision—I have appreciated this skill set very much and have always felt I was getting the best advice at a fair price.

And thank you David Butler for showing up rain or shine, extreme heat or winter storm, to keep the pool looking great. Very, very reliable.

Pool Depot is the best Pool Company in the Greater Houston Area bar none. This is a complete turnkey service company. Give David a call in the front office and he will take care of you. These folks rock! Been with them for years here in the Katy Area and will continue to do so for years to come!
