Wow! The first time I used Bayou City was when I was in a panic. We had recently moved into our new home and our elderly dog urinated on a custom rug. Mark came out the same day, assessed the spot and decided they needed to take it to the shop. I was hoping for a spot clean, but he explained that my result would most likely, not be what I wanted. He was right! Our dog has continued to do this, and each and every time I call him, he comes same day. Super professional, explains everything and the passion for what he does is so obvious. Best customer service ever!! HIGHLY recommend Mark and his team!!!

I’ve used Bayou City Steam Cleaners twice now to clean my mattresses, and each time the mattresses have looked like new afterwards. The team is always friendly and quick to respond. They were excellent at communicating time changes due to the recent winter storm and rescheduled my appointment promptly once it had past. I will definitely be using them in the future for other steam cleaning needs.

Mark and his crew do an excellent job! We have gotten our wall to wall carpet cleaned 3 times by Bayou City and this past time we had a rug done too. Mark knows what products to use on what stains and the team is quick, clean, and efficient! He called to say he was running a little late but he ended up being right on time. Excellent service!

Wow! I’m literally so shocked by how impressed I am with Bayou City Steam Cleaning. My puppy had an accident on my sofa and spilled some coffee on it. Mark and Michael came out on time to do the job. They were so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They came in, were so polite, and so efficient. They even cleaned the carpet stairs for me, such a nice surprise.
I would 100% recommend their service to anyone looking for upholstery cleaning. I know I will be thinking of them for future services.

We used Bayou City Steam Cleaning to remove stains and deep clean our upholstery prior to hosting Thanksgiving. They were on time, diligent, professional and did great work. We had two chairs they weren't comfortable cleaning deeply (due to their delicate fabric) and we were not charged for the full price of the clean for these items, which we really appreciated. The results have been great and our furniture looks so much fresher!

Matthew was phenomenal! So kind and thoughtful! Definitely 100 out of 10 rating :) Would recommend Bayou City Steam Cleaning, their response time was within reasonable timeframe, most times same day, in addition, quote to appointment to service was flawless. 10/10 customer service. Both Chelsea and Matthew were very professional and patient during a frustrating mishap when our realtor was unavailable to open our home for a final cleaning before closing. They were able to reschedule the same day without any added charges or penalties. This company was recommended to me and I will always enthusiastically recommend their services.

Scheduling an upholstery and carpet cleaning with was so easy online with prompt communication from the office. The technician, Matthew arrived at the time promised. After another company 1) tried to bait and switch us with their fees, and 2) did not adhere at all to the agreed-upon schedule, we contacted Bayou City Steam Cleaning. They were up front with their pricing, they made scheduling very easy. The technician showed up on time and was friendly, polite, and professional. He cleaned our sectional so well that it looked like new. I am happy to recommend their services without hesitation.

Booked an appointment a week in advance. Company called me less than 24 hours before my service and canceled the appointment. The lady on the phone was short and rude. She said that they had multiple trucks but they were going to send them to a commercial job. I know my reservation was probably not going to be as profitable as the big job, but I still had a reservation a week in advance. I guess they prefer profit over customer service
