Our game room carpet is at the end of it's life due to boys and dogs. The carpet looks and smells amazing. I was so surprised with how good it looked. The tech took care trim stray carpet and stretch it to the best possible. I will ha e the carpets cleaned again by heavenly care carpet.

I needed some disinfectant cleaning in my house due to some issues with our ac. I had a referral to call James and I did. He came that day to take a look at my issue. With that an estimate was sent later that day. When I finally called a few days later to set up an appointment they came out same day. I was very pleased with their professionalism, response and attitude.

Angel did an amazing job on the whole entire house. We have 4 pets, a kid, and he made the house seem brand new. Really appreciate the hardwork he did on each room. Odors are gone and the house looks/smells great. Thanks again

Heavenly Care Carpet did an excellent job of cleaning carpet and tile of dirt and dog hair left behind by the last occupants. The crew was on time, very courteous, worked diligently and left the house clean upon completion. I was amazed at the amount of dirt they were able to remove. I highly recommend them.

My roommates have a total of three dogs--a nightmare for our carpets. We had some pretty bad stains and I was worried we were not going to get our deposit back. Thankfully Bayou City Steam Cleaning saved the day! I came home from work to what looked like brand new carpet. Since the only carpet we had was on the stairs, we also had our foyer and bathroom tiles steam cleaned. Again, good as a new!

Mark did an amazing job on our carpets! All 4 of our bedrooms have carpet, and when you have a dog and 2 cats, things can get a little unpleasant. But after having the carpets cleaned, it smells amazing in here! The carpet looks, smells, and feels brand new. Their prices were also very reasonable. They even moved some of the smaller furniture to access as much of the carpet as they could. Mark also explained the process very thoroughly, including giving tips for caring for the carpets to keep them fresh after cleaning. I really appreciated that.

I had Bayou Steam Clean do a cleaning on my mom’s couch , recliner and office chair. The couch was the oldest I believe of the three and my brother said it made a noticeable difference in the color of the couch and smell. I think a few dogs and folks had sat on that couch , and it needed a refresh. All three looked great per my brother who was there with my mom. I would recommend this company completely. They have strong reviews and stars . You can trust them. They are a tad more, but the service is good , on time, and professional.

I been knowing Bayou City Steam Cleaning for a few years now. I had to take time to give them this review base upon a customer I gave them and all she does is talk about them how clean, professional and they took their time to clean the home like it was their own. I would highly recommend Bayou City Steam Cleaning to whoever needs carpet cleaning.

Mark & his team were very professional. loved how they used corner protectors and made sure they minimized to almost none marks to the wall.

Communication was on point. We asked if they could take off their shoes and had no problem doing so.

These days its so hard to find a good reputable service company but this company was Awesome! Already referred this company to all my friends & will def use them again !
